A chimichanga is a delicious fried burrito. There is several ways you can make one. For instance, you are able to fill it with different ingredients such us beans, rice, cheese, and shredded chicken. What sets this recipe apart is the wonderful sweetness and smokiness derived from the chipotle peppers. At the same time, you will enjoy a nice kick of heat. It is such an easy recipe to make, yet so delicious!

Oh my God, the flavor profile of all the seasonings you put here gave this such a rich, seasoned smoky flavor! These are by FAR the best chimichangas I have ever ate!! And I had my favorites at restaurants!!! Don't have to pay anymore!! Woohoo! You are the bomb. I'm a convert and will be trying all your recipes.
I used canned chipotles (4) and chicken broth since I had them ready at home. Sooooo goood. I can't thank you enough for this treasure of a recipe! My man devoured these and for the first time I didn't hear a peep during dinner. Too busy scarfing these down!!!

Really depends, but if we can freeze it, we do. We don't like to waste food, specially if its so delicious!
