And here we are, the finale! Thank you so much for all the love and support we really do appreciate it.
Which ep was your favourite of this series?
Why make me pick one? They’re all my favourites😂 appreciate all the work you and your team put into these pods. Thank you👍🏻
@@jettjohnson9355 you charmer!
Obviously haven't finished this one yet, but I really enjoyed the Chris Benoit case for a change! Thank you for another great season and hoping for a lot more to come! Really appreciate all the work and effort you put into this, it truly shows. By far my favorite crime related podcast.
Katherine Knight or anders brevic were my favourites. Katherine because it really is a gruesome one and anders because there was so much I didn't know about it.
I'd love to see you guys do the American killer on trial not long ago Joel Guy Jr.
I can't pick just one, I like them all.
The chicken coop murders Ben was thinking of are the murders of Gordon Stewart Northcott
Thank you! Yeah, that’s the one. Haunting case!
Oooooh yes, would love a future episode on this case! 😍
Amazing intro, it’s a crime in itself you don’t have more subscribers you have a million sub production
Agreed 100%!
I actually discovered you through your episode on Ian Watkins, and have stuck around ever since. Great work lads!
Same man slowly going through them all now xD
Only discovered you a couple of days ago and I’ve been hooked. Hope u come back for many more series’s
ye same
Ditto
@@emmaritchie5104 is that the turd pokemon or is that diglet?
Nope letty sharp its a "Ghost" refrence 😂👍
Me too
Gutted it’s the last one, only discovering you guys a few weeks ago and have loved binging every ep. Well done guys!
I think they might do other stuff looking at the production values of this but I’m lazy and never use socials so…
Same here! Just discovered them last week, and I've already spent much of my free time bingeing on their brilliant content! Loves it!
Please don't stop with this series! You're absolutely brilliant and SO amazingly unique!! I'd happily join your patreon for a series 4!!
@@maneckineckbeard1749 They are doing another series. Just a small break. This series was twice the length of the previous ones.
@@Joebuscus WOOHOO!! Thanks!! 😁👍🏾
Obviously a lot of effort gone into this yet doesn't get the view count it really deserves. So many channels out there slapping out absolute boring bab and getting millions of views.
So gutted this is the last one. I feel like I've had to wait ages for this one after bingeing all the series and episodes you've done, after happening to fall upon your podcast and it captured me with the comedy factor snuck in occasionally.
Hurry up with season 4 as I can't wait already lol
My Girlfriend went to the 'Museum Of Death' in Hollywood and brought me back a hand painted 'John W Gacy' killer clown fridge magnet.
I've wanted to go there ever since I first heard of it!! I managed to go to the gift shop on a trip to LA, but the museum itself was closing shortly so we never actually got to go in. (I did score an amazing t-shirt for my tarot-loving partner though, featuring Ed Gein as "The Hermit" from the tarot deck! The museum shop had a whole series of tarot card-themed serial killer shirts, though. I wish now I'd gotten one for myself, sigh...)
Also, weird fact: my sibling actually had a Gacy Original™️ self-portrait as Pogo!! It was a gift from a wealthy friend, back before Gacy was executed. The friend apparently thought my sibling would think it was funny, but instead they found the painting SO incredibly disturbing that not only could they not bear to hang it up, but they only finally felt comfortable once they'd buried facedown it at the very bottom of a packed storage closet. Evidently they had to put it face down because even the thought of it "looking" through one of the walls of the closet into the rest of the house was too disturbing.
I do imagine it's worth a small fortune now, though? But IIRC, they eventually got rid of it. Just too creepy to have around the house.
@@maneckineckbeard1749 funnily enough I have a pack of Serial Killer Top Trumps :)
@@maneckineckbeard1749 damn! Maybe you ask them to have a look for it or where it went? Be nice to see more of his paintings saved as its a big case of history and could also lead us to more of his thinkings in prison
@@JodieBarbwireHeart Good idea!
And, as far as his thinking, the one thing I do actually remember from the one time I saw it was that it had a SUPER creepy handwritten note (written by Gacy) taped to the back of the painting, explaining how he was 100% innocent and how he'd been framed by political rivals.
At least the boys were in the crawl space together. The idea of leaving kids alone to rot is too much. Some solace is they were buried together.
Never thought about it like this! Kinda reminds me of coraline where the 3 kids are together guiding her - hopefully they were guiding eachother to a better place and keeping eachother company.
The cases in this series have been so good, such a shame it’s done. Super excited for the next one though!
Clicked this so fast, what a great choice for a finale!! I can't wait for Season 4!
31:25 you might be thinking of the Wineville Chicken Coop Murders that happen in Los Angeles, it happened between 1926 and 1928
Thank you!
Oh my gosh, I totally forgot about that case!! Great catch! The closest thing I could think of was Robert Pickton in Canada...but he was a pig farmer, not a chicken farmer. Also, I thought of Herb Baumeister and the Fox Hollow Farm murders, as well as the fact that Ted Bundy left his last victim's body in an abandoned pigsty on a rundown farm. But none of those involve chickens.
Ugh! So many horror stories involving farms! Who knew??
I discovered you guys a couple of days ago and I love the content!! It's so refreshing to learn a little bit extra knowledge about each case and the humor you two bring is amazing!
Good ol' Pogo
As a criminology and forensic psych student I find it hard to sit through true crime content as it takes up so much of my life, but the ICMAP honestly is the perfect balance for me of laughs and even I find out more information from cases I've had to study, truly brilliant!
:)
Thank you so much! Glad you’re enjoying the content Lou 🖤
Jesus christ almighty!!! That intro was terrifying!!! Thank you, i have 25 months free of alcohol today and now my nerves are shattered lol
"His father was a drinker and his mother cried in bed
Folding John Wayne's t-shirts when the swing set hit his head
The neighbors, they adored him
For his humor and his conversation
Look underneath the house there
Find the few living things, rotting fast, in their sleep
Oh the dead
Twenty-seven people
Even more, they were boys, with their cars, summer jobs
Oh my God
Ooh, are you one of them?
He dressed up like a clown for them
With his face paint white and red
And on his best behavior
In a dark room on the bed he kissed them all
He'd kill ten thousand people
With a slight of his hand, running far, running fast to the dead
He took off all their clothes for them
He put a cloth on their lips, quiet hands, quiet kiss on the mouth
And in my best behavior
I am really just like him
Look beneath the floor boards
For the secrets I have hid"
30:58 - Keep digging Ben👌🤣🤣
When is the next series? Gutted as now I'm down to just Talking Sopranos on my Mondays. Good work fellas👌👌
Talking sopranos is so good! We will be back before you know it. Just taking some time away to write series 4! We will still be doing weekly episodes on our Patreon in the interim! ❤️

New fan been listening on my commutes to work gutted it’s the last this series hope you will be back soon seen so many serial killer documentary’s and you guys really have a different formula and approach to the subject matter making it a easy listen keep up the good work 👍🏼
Thank you so much Liam! We really appreciate that and we will be back before you know it :)
12/10 would watch a 3 hour episode
I'm waiting for the Las Vegas themed ' I could murder a podcast' themed sweatshirt to drop !!! Thanks for content :)
Not a bad shout!
Miniature golf courses in prison and out of a ten year sentence after 16 months. No wonder the 70s were a golden age for serial killers!
The famous Pogo the Clown painting is featured on the cover of Acid Bath's album 'When the Kite String Pops" and I didn't realise it had anything to do with Gacy for so long lol
One of my favorite albums ever
My husband and I just discovered this channel, and we absolutely bloody love it lads!! You genuinely crack me up, whilst still respecting the topics you talk about. Brilliant lads!! 💯👏👏👑💗
That’s awesome! Thank you to you and your husband!
Bundy ,Gacy and Dahmer changed the way we look at serial Killers .They made it look like it was a hobby .
Wow! Big finale, The killer clown himself! Well done on another great series, lads.
His dad was such a despicable man, but the many stories of these bad fathers during this period is unsurprising when you factor in that most of these men were a generation of soldiers, some with ptsd, trying to adapt into a normal "civilian" life.
Its so true, its incalculable the trauma caused by war. Even on the minor end of the scale it produced men who were scared to show any vulnerability and men who spent their lives trying to forget horrors they seen. Kids feel all these things
I’m addicted binge watched the whole series
Oh ho ho!!
A big one to finish the series indeed!!
Thaaaanks :)
you guys always do such an amazing job with these episodes, and the intros are always so well done. So creepy, my mom went to high school with his last victim...
Cult Leaders would be an interesting exploration. I think you gentlemen would do the Jonestown and Waco Massacres justice! Series 3 was phenomenal! Until Series 4 🙋🏽♀️
Seems like I'm in the majority and only found you guys a few days ago. Literally watched or listened to every episodes over the past few days. Absolutely gutted you guys are taking a break. Think I'll need to part with £4 a month for some patreon content. You guys are fast becoming one of my favorite pods!
Thank you so much! Super happy you found us and thank you also for considering supporting us on patreon! We post new episodes every Thursday on there :)
“It’s episode number 12. The final one of the series.”
Me: 😥 Nooooooo!!!
We will be back before you know it and we are still posting new episodes weekly on our Patreon page ❤️
If this Chanel don’t hit 100K by the end of the year I will be really annoyed best podcast ever
Seems like a really nice guy.
Yessss...good one 👍
I think your talking about the Northcott chicken coop murders x
That’s the one! Thank you so much :)
Clicked by accident, stayed for the content and the banter. Excellent
Good 3rd series, thanks for all the great content and production!!! Can't wait for S04 and in the mean time the Patreon xo
Thank you Zoe!
@@ICouldMurderAPodcast Thank you guys for all the hard work!
Omg the crawl space for chickens made me laugh so much! Love the bits of humour...
you guys deserve so much more subscribers! your intros are amazing!!
What a seriously weird guy! Pogo the clown eh? Now I know why I always thought clowns were creepy! Can't wait for the next series - these podcasts are really, really good!
Ooooooh the finale of the century
A client of mine was one of Gacy's best friends. They showed me their wedding video, and there he was, plain as day. So eerie.
Those photos of John Gacy are brilliant, especially the miniature golf one 🤣🤣
You guys are great, and a lot of work goes into what you do , and we all appreciate it 😊👍
This is top rate content.
Thanks Simon! ❤️
Have a good break and come back soon!! Hoping for an Eileen Wournos episode when you return 🤞🏻🤞🏻
This is the 10th one I’ve watched in the last few days and honestly love your guys content so much.
Thank you Corey 🙌🏻. That is a very solid effort 😂
Who let Ben dress himself 😂
Hmmm there was the piggy palace massacre In Canada? The brothers owned a farm and held parties and one of the brothers killed 49 women.
Not sure about the chickens though 😂.
Ta for a great season lads!
One of the cases I'm hoping they cover!
Just finished watching the last 4 episodes of this series in the past 2 days. Unreal stuff lads keep up the great work, already buzzing for series 4!
Nice one Conor!
Check out Robert Pickton from Canada! He's the most famous serial killer farmer that I've heard of. Not sure if he had chickens, as he was a pig farmer. I'm sure I'm not the first to mention him, as he's probably the most famous serial killer farmer who actively used his farm to dispose of bodies. His case has added bizarreness as well, due to his very creepy family, insinuations of cannibalism and the fact that his killing spree coincided with his running a bar/music venue on the property called "Pickton's Piggy Palace Good Time Society!" Definitely worth an episode!
And, there's also Herb Baumeister...although he was more of a hobby farmer than an actual working farmer. (But, his case does have the added benefit of a bizarre personal connection- I went to school with one of his kids!)
Also, as for the lack of crawlspaces in UK homes: as someone whose dad was a builder and who spent parts of my childhood in both the UK and the USA, my impression is that it's mostly to do with a combination of the age of the homes and the type of heating and/or air conditioning used. To wit: in the USA, many if not most homes are newer than UK homes, and central heating and air conditioning are usually standard features in newer American homes. (As opposed to the radiators/baseboard heaters, gas/electric hearth heaters and window air conditioning units which are more common in the UK) Crawlspaces are generally access spaces for the ducting, filters, air exchanges, vents, furnaces, blower fans, etc. that central HVAC systems require.
And FWIW, although they're not generally spaces to keep animals, they are often home to unwelcome tenants: many Americans will have horror stories of the times that racoons, opossums, rats, and such took up residence and then died in their crawlspaces. I once had a rat die in mine, and the stench was unbearable- it absolutely blows my mind that Gacy was able to conceal or explain away the smell of THIRTY human bodies in his, when one single dead rat was enough to make half my house unlivable!
One of my favourite things about this podcast is the consistently excellent shirts
cant believe you guys only have 23k :)) great podcast
They deserve
1mill+ honestly these podcasts are class, really getting me through NZ’s COVID lockdown
Poor Robert piste! Just a boy! Bless all the victims of the evil monster.. the thing of nightmares
I think the saddest part is when his dad John senior said that his son cant see him.
Get this guy a chair!
even though some of the cases you guys cover are popular, you guys bring a completely different take on them and it’s so refreshing. been hooked for the past week and can’t wait till you guys blow up. love from canada!
So glad I found this! It’s like The Ricky Gervais Show, only, about murder! 😂👌🏻
Been watching since upload of episode 1. Actually impressive how well you guys dive into these cases, makes me want to start my own crime podcast! Stay curious!
Binge watching completed can't wait for series 4 you guys are brilliant at delving into the depths of these cases. The added humour between you is awesome. Come back soon pleeeease!
Kind of late to this since I have covid and I’m trapped in my room I’ve just been watching your videos like crazy
McCoys death does explain the other 30 tho gacey finally felt in control and powerful after the killing it's like a drug addict chasing the dragon
So true! My criminal psych professor at university often likened serial killing and/or serial SA to addiction!
Your podcast is quickly becoming my favorite! Your intros are awesome and I really enjoy the way you deliver the content. Greatly appreciated, keep up the good work!
Not me binge watching all the videos again to prep for this one 😅 seriously love you guys, hoping to buy some merch this Thursday too! ❤️
Loving the Patreon guys, so many great episodes on there, been binge watching them. Might have to buy some merch next :)
Legend Bob! Thanks for your support mate 😊
As always great to see you 🤗🇮🇪
Ben, the case you referred to sounds like the 'Wineville Chicken Coop Murders'. I remember it from the movie 'Changeling'.
I don’t like clowns in general but those two clowns he invented were beyond creepy. Imagine being a child and being forced to sit on his knee to have your photo taken
Fab episode! So lucky to have discovered at series 1 when jackmate shouted you out.
Seen this case covered a few times and even learnt new things such as he had two clown "personas"
Great series! Appreciate double the episodes 💕 Come back soon and take a deserved rest 🙂 also love the variety across this series. The mystery of jimmy saville, female serial killer, couple, child murder etc.
The Killer Farmer Clown who keeps bodies underneath his floorboards/crawlspace along side his chickens, who crawl.
The Fat Killer Farmer Clown KFC Manager Prison Miniature Golf Pioneer who keeps bodies underneath his floorboards/crawl space alongside his chickens, who crawl. *
Spot on, though.
I heard gacy first victim live before he began his killing spree. After his arrest, the
Survivor came forward. Great story though!
This channel is a hidden gem. Keep up the great work lads👍
Thanks for the time and effort put in to these videos, you guys are doing work :) See you in series 4
@31:31: the only serial murders that I can think of that involved a chicken coop were the Wineville Chicken coop murders that occurred in Southern California (about an hour away from where I live), in the 1920s. The perpetrator was a teenager from Canada, who was executed for the crimes.
So excited!
Nice plants, guys!
another great series, thank you for posting! and the animation of you three outside the big top was hilarious/perfect 😂
One you might want to look into is Amelia Dyer, London's "Angel Maker". Absolutely horrific case.
I can't wait for your return!! I just binged every episode haha. Such a great podcast
Hope we will get to see a podcast about the 'white house farm' murders.
Would love if you could cover 44 days of hell - Junko Furuta! Love your podcasts!
Sweet!! Big up
Every episode just gets better and better 👍🏻
Keep up the great work lads ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Think Ben's getting mixed up with the KFC farms
Insane you don't have more subs but I've been listening for the past few weeks on Spotify and loved the content. Can't wait for the next batch ☺️
Thanks So Much Guys 🤘
What an amazing episode to end this amazing series, can't wait for more series to come. I always look forward to watching you guys, keep up the great work
Amazing episode to wrap up an amazing series. Can't wait until series 4
Please do this case Penny Boudreau, who killed her daughter, gets more leaves from prison to go to church!!
I have seen a lot of ur videos would love a video on Tracie Andrews, 1997 murderer from Redditch. She lived really close to where I currently live
Gacy admitted after his arrest that he copied the "trick" with the handcuffs from Texan serial killer Dean Corll. A.K.A. "The Candyman Killer." What strikes me is the strong parallels in Gacy`s family background and crimes with those of serial killer Peter Moore. A.K.A. "The Man-In-Black." It is like listening to almost the same story. Their Father`s were almost identical personalities. Moore got the same satisfaction from stabbing that Gacy did. Moore was was just 4 years younger than Gacy. Both men ran successful small businesses. Both were considered pillars of their local communities. Gacy`s love was the circus. Moore`s was movies. It is all quite creepy how similar they were.
I was gonna like this video, but its at 666 and i dont want to be the one to ruin that. Its too fitting. So just know, i like this video lol
A tip for potential serial killers, keep carnivor chickens in the crawl space and they will get rid of the bodies for you 😁
Good job. Informative and entertaining. Keep up the good work guys 🍹
HURRY UP AND COME BAAAACCCKKKK !!! 😭
This is the first episode I listened to, absolutely hooked, going back through
How do you only have 18k subscribers? I just got suggested one of your videos 2 days ago and just noticed that. Keep at it, you'll have a big channel one day.
Cheers Clammer!
