Considering the shape of the ears and tail, I would have said it was a Glaceon fusion. Though I'm not a 100 percent sure.

Yooo, as always, love the content. a quick new idear, in pokemon go, they have this new item called the "daily adventure incense" it will find uncommon pokemon, for 15 minutes. so my idear is. "we have 15 minutes to catch pokemon from pokemon go, and then we randomize them. ooooor! you could Customize them.
