I think the funeral home was dirty too, bcuz her sister said to someone that works at the funeral home bout the bruises on her hand (as they were viewing her body) & they said…WHAT bruises. funeral homes are extremely dubious...........they prey on people who are grieving and defraud them. People realize only later.

@@lora3796 Chances are that somebody that works &/or owns the funeral home is connected to JP &/or the church. Probably goes to the church, Could very possibly be a family member to 1 of JPs cronies. Like look at how he got.Mica admitted to the hospital, Charles Randel has a family member that works at that mental hospital(if I remember correctly, it’s his daughter) & he’s also related to a judge or a magistrate. “Pastors” ALWAYS has ties to just about everybody that owns successful business in the area, or are politicians, judges, attorneys, corners, medical examiners, doctors, police officers, the list goes on. Bet b4 all this happened, he had @ LEAST 1 person going to the church from the professions above. Before the congregation started to leave in flocks that is!!!!
I feel soooo sorry for the Francis family. Can you imagine? Being tricked by JP into signing the cremation document? I hope they don't find out, they have been hurt enough.

I think when they have it all investigated charges will be brought against him for or leading up to her death. We already know the FBI is investigating his finances (Solid Rock church), and he is going to prosecuted for that most likely. Once again, another fantastic piece of information you have uncovered!!

He only saw the body once. Micas dad said it during an interview. Someone at the funeral home told him he only seen it once & he didn’t even go near it, he stood over by the garbage can. This guy is sick a fibber!!!

I bet he manipulated them to sign it but doesn't someone have to notarize it? Seems odd that a signature is all that is needed to dispose of a dead body.
According to JLR’s research, JP was able to file an improperly notarized MPA for Mica that was signed and dated by the notary the day after her signature was dated (they aren’t legal uncles they are signed, dated, and notarized at the same time)… and then he held onto it for 3 months and then filed it about a week before he was served with divorce papers. Somehow the court system accepted it without the signature and dates being valid.
The whole system there seems messed up.
Its amazing how much money talks! Its so difficult to fathom how much this is so....I just cant wrap my head around the fact that so many commoner's submit to such wickedness.

(2) the spouse of the decedent, UNLESS the spouse and the decedent are separated pursuant to one of the following:
(a) entry of a pendente lite order in a divorce or separate maintenance action;
(b) formal signing of a written property or marital settlement agreement;
(c) entry of a permanent order of separate maintenance and support or of a permanent order approving a property or marital settlement agreement between the spouse and the decedent;

Wow! Sounds like the funeral home director dropped the ball, and the Francis family was in shock and was focused on seeing Mica so they signed without reading the document thoroughly. JP was probably talking non-stop, rushing them as well.
first the cops, then the hospital, then the funeral home................and the church always............the church is still dropping the ball and covering up for him.

I’m wondering if the funeral home has video surveillance. I feel like a lot of companies in this business do have cameras everywhere on their property outside and inside to protect themselves. There have been cases with employees and owners of funeral homes and crematories doing inappropriate and illegal activities. I would think the legit businesses would have cameras everywhere for their own defense and protection. Does anyone know if this location has surveillance?

Allegedly, the family couldn't pay 4 funeral etc. So when they signed that cremation form it also gave legal right back to jp to do as he wished, with him paying. Never understood why both sides so secretive on this. Had they not signed, legally body + bills would be on Micas family alleged

Why he got her body or had control over her final affairs at all is something I haven’t heard covered. That’s a very good question.
I wish the funeral home hand explained the cremation authorization form and why the family needed to sign rather than JP… Anna Francis did say “if you don’t sign, I will just find another way to get her cremated and you won’t see her regardless.” I wonder if the cremation office didn’t know he was telling them they couldn’t see her?? He’s such a manipulator… it’s just too bad no one with this information was able to tell the Francis family beforehand 😞
Did they keep Micas body for 6 days before cremation like J.P. stated in video? He also stated 3 days was length of time when cremation was done due to decomposition of body. I'm just asking if that is true. Secondly, funeral homes would certainly KNOW law regarding that document. The funeral home COULD NOT have been ignorant of these laws. The family could have stated Mica was legally separated. Proof of separation or filing for divorce would have yielded legal documents. This saga is first rate B.S. all around. I pray there were pictures of Micas bruises taken by family to provide evidence. Like the old saying......The more you stir it the more it STINKS.
@@Mr60minorI just think it’s possible that the family is so scarred from fighting for Mica, against JP, only to lose her, that they might not have even asked the funeral home what the deal was with that paper or why they needed to sign, or if it was possible for JP to go around them like he said he was going to. (Anna said he told them if they didn’t sign, he wouldn’t allow them to see her and he would still figure out a way to get her cremated without their signature)… the fact they *believed* he had the authority to refuse their access to her suggests there’s a lot of trauma brain in that family - brain fog, inability to have a voice, inability to ask important questions in the moment… or maybe they’re lying. But it seems like they were Mica’s safe haven, so I don’t want to believe they were lying.
Agatha Mae!! What a great find!! Great question, did her parents read that affidavit? Or what exactly did they sign? And I’m sure the funeral home understood that Mica just filed for divorce! Something isn’t sitting right with me. I would imagine the funeral home director would’ve been paying special attention to Micas family and this situation with JP and SHOULD HAVE sat with them and explained that document.
It was two days before her death that she filed, so I wonder if it had time to get signed by a judge.
I have heard from another investigator vlogger that spoke directly to the Francis family Mica did want to be cremated, so the family certainly would have wanted to grant her wishes. Where everything becomes questionable is how this document for signature was presented to the family at the funeral home. I also heard the funeral home was attempting to keep the family separated from JP because they were aware of bad feelings there, so is it possible that how information was presented at the time was not very clear to the family. This all occurred the day after Mica passed. We all know how JP likes to control the narrative, so who knows what was told the funeral home and how they approached the family.
May I also add, my understanding is that the family had not even seen her body yet. The Sheriff’s office already called this self inflicted and the body was at the funeral home not at the coroner’s office, so I am not even sure in their grief, the family even thought about not signing that paperwork, especially if they felt they would not be able to see her unless they signed the cremation papers.
Not even the usual grief but added to by the possibility of JP being a real stinker, even the thought of him giving them more crap than he already had.
I hope he's sweating now, because all of his other connections and falseness make him look very bad, but there might be actual evidence out there of what everyone thinks he did.

Also. can the mortician be held responsibly, by the parents for NOT having the permission paperwork by the parents in person AND not notifying them that JP could not sign it because of the divorce?

After looking at funeral home invoice, can u figure out why jp's bill has over $7k in non explained ( non needed)charges? He has them white out. For example, Why pay 4 casket when already said she was in cardboard box?

I heard Micas lawyer say she filed what amounts to a "legal separation ". The plan was to file for actual divorce later. These are 2 different things. Maybe that's why JP was able to sign?
The divorce papers were filed with the court on 4/16/24 and JP was served 4/25/24 I believe. That should qualify. But, we are talking corruption, so....

It has been our understanding that he had a POA signed by her. This was after she originally signed POA to her brother Nate. She either signed it under duress or he forged it but it seems he had a POA signed
he could have easily forged it.............but POA needs to have witnesses.........so ....

Everyone (businesses) seem to be intimidated by all things JP. Y'all are going to think I'm nuts, and I suppose I probably am, but... Has anyone watched the Vindication series on Redeem TV? It's a Christian based crime series, and, there are a lot of parallels to this case. Such as a bar that is used as a means to "set up" locals and if they take the bait (and most do), surveillance cameras record everything. JP's Crocodile Bar is extremely popular and a perfect place for that type of deal. Might explain some of the reasons why everyone cooperates with his every direction.

Why should the funeral home research whether or not a divorce had been filed? Her husband is still next of kin and of course, he wasn’t going to let the funeral home, or authorities know of a divorce filing. Quite possible for the family to not know they had rights in this situation. Wasn’t it announced as long as the couple was still married, the state still considered the husband legally was next of kin
While that may absolve the funeral home it doesn't absolve the deliberate deceit of the False Profit, JP - he knew!

According to Mica Attorney of Record - Mica was filing for Separate Maintenance and Support. Legal Separation, not Divorce.

Separations actually often end in Reunion.
Divorces are Final and only Re-Marriage will reunite the Couple as husband and wife, etc.
Mica had Previously Filed the same thing and eventually went back into the Marriage.

I don't know if there is a definition for a certain kind of abuse of a corpse? That this man and his church even after her death had power and authority over decisions and actions with Mica's dead body, touches me so immensely deep that I still haven't found the courage to watch or listen to their funeral ceremony. I have enormous respect and regard for her immensely strong family and loved ones.
