How long does the battery last in the volume knob before needing replacement

We've had this in Cliff's 4Runner for a couple of years now and no issues with the battery yet!

Alright, I'm almost sold on this bundle. I have the JBL premium package in my 2022 Tacoma and am not happy with the voice functions on my factory HU. I can barely hear Siri over normal road noise and I have turned up all volume settings on phone and HU. Apparently thats just how Toyota has designed the system. I have a few questions, and they've probably been covered in some of your previous videos and I've just missed it -- 1. For SiriusXM, will it use the factory antenna? 2. Are any factory settings lost? (i.e. functionality located on the smaller LCD screen on driver side dash) 3. On my JBL HU there is a "Vehicle Settings" menu that you can adjust things like which doors will unlock with keyfob, etc. are those functions retained? 4. Does the factoy speakers/JBL amp sound pretty decent with this radio? I'm not looking to shake the windows of nearby homes or anything, but I do like a rich bass sound. 5. I know some HU's require the Maestro module to retain factory functions - is this required with your bundle? Thanks

Great questions! Our bundles will utilize your factory Sirius antenna, but you need the Sirius Tuner. Some gauge cluster displays are lost, such as compass and native GPS, but those can be achieved via CarPlay or Android Auto. All OEM vehicle settings can be accessed and changed via the Maestro module settings. In our experience the JBL system sounds great with this setup - we recently changed our build process to make it sound even better! This bundle will include a maestro module pre-flashed to your vehicle!

So if you double side the knob to the interior, you have to re-do this every time you change the battery out?

Are you referring to the battery in the knob? If so, no you will not.

Will the RUX-H02 remote work with the AX709 head unit?
