That was my first question toward the end of the video, too. I believe it is taller than the others, though I might be wrong. They also missed the new Sellwood bridge, an important link between downtown Portland and southeast Portland. Other than that, a beautiful presentation, though two important bridges missing.
I live here and I never realized how beautiful they truly were. Thank you for this gorgeous film!

Excellent video. I am Hungarian, in 1987 and 1988 I was living close to Portland, and visited the town almost every day. I even went to a Polish language course there. I took many pictures of the bridges, I liked them so much - nice memories. Thank you.
Yeah, seriously. The St. Johns bridge is the most beautiful bridge in the whole city and not enough tourists even know it exists. A true crime that it was overlooked. Otherwise, a gorgeous video, just without the most gorgeous shot you could have gotten.
And not Sellwood either.

I agree...they should have started with the old bridge at the falls in Oregon City and gone all the way to the St. John’s. But this was good for what it was. Drones are SO cool.
My favorite bridge is Steel bridge. The bus use to go over it all the time.I walked over at night.like walking on air.It was very special to I now I am old and disabled.

Such an awesome video!!! It's amazing how beautiful the bridges are from the air, which is hard to appreciate when stuck in traffic (especially going across the Marquam)... I've been here for almost two years, and still get bridge names mixed up, but this video definitely helps.

You left out the best one of all, the St. John's bridge. Sorry, but that is a big fail.
MrFlyduckfly I think they ran out of room due to their using half of the video to show off the Tilikum Bridge, which is too new to even have any amount of affection for. But I agree. Sadly missing the best bridge, which is St. John's.
MrFlyduckfly I agree, St. Johns really is a beautiful bridge but this video was really focused on the inner city bridges. I think it really deserves its own video and in fact there have been some amazing aerial videos created of this bridge by others. Check it out by doing a quick Google search. FlyWorx I'm curious. I thought commercial use of drones is still illegal, did you have to have a special permit?
MrFlyduckfly Well said. This blow enough time it takes to blink on the Ross Island bridge and spend to much time on the Tilikum. The St. John's bridge is the best of the batch. Inner city or not.
MrFlyduckfly It's possible to get a 333 exemption, which allows for commercial use of drones inside of strict parameters. However, this video is not commercial work, it's hobbyist work, which is entirely legal.
Does anyone know what those lights floating in the sky in Portland are? They are everywhere. If you know any info or have seen them, can someone lete know? It's kind of weird.

I liked your video but why did you just fly by the Marquam bridge and not mention it? plus you left out the bridges at either end, the St Johns and the Sellwood.

1:18 I hate the Marquan Bridge! It’s part of are terrible highway system and just look at it it’s so ugly!
I used to love when my boyfriend would pick me up to take me out dancing...I would get excited when we flew across the Marquam and the city lights were displayed perfectly. Sometimes it isn't what something looks like...it's how it looks from. js
