    Personally I feel this toolbox talk is a little degrading or belittling due to his tone and dictation aimed at the guys. I would feel much more relaxed and interested if the topic was highlighted, and questions and opinions of the guys was brought forward establishing a more interactive discussion, rather than the dictatorship approach taken here. I mea “it is always good to start at the top??”
    Is it really?
    I have switched off at this point as one of life‘s most commonly use metaphors is to start at the bottom and work our way upwards.
    I just can’t relate to this guy I feel he has no real site experience on the tools. I think the ability to relate to lads or ladies on site comes only with living it not learning about it.
