With non-directional tires, and a good spare into the rotation mix, you'll get 20% more tread life (extra tire in the mix), and .... that spare is doing no-good on the back just rotting away because it's going bad all the same as the ones being used and will have to be replaced in about 5-7 years even if it never hits the road. Hence, the pattern I showed. Cheers .... :)
You do know about the oil prime feature on these, correct? You step on the brake with left foot and push accelerator with your right foot and push the start button for 10 seconds. Engine cranks but won’t start.
Fram filters have shown themselves to be not very good, i know you fitted a ford, info just for future reference. When buying engine oil make sure that it meets or exceeds the engine manufacturers specs, which is always written on the container, usually on the back, just compare with what spec Ford oil is, this is a different number than the SAE 5W-30 and usually has a series of letters before it. I'm in England it isn't a problem if it's a well known brand like Castrol, but ive not seen Fram oil before. From someone who's been servicing their own cars for 40yrs, and a happy a-s2200 owner.👍
Yes, I used a Ford filter, but the store did not have Ford oil. However, the Fram oil did exceed the synthetic oil specs that Ford provides. I totally agree with you. Using substandard oil or incorrect viscosity could be devastating. Cheers from Virginia.
Appreciate you taking the time to make this video. My son and I are going outside now to do our first oil change on his 2021 Bronco Outer Banks 2.7L.
Man, I totally forgot I made this vid LOL. Glad it's useful :)
Ive always done the x pattern if its a used spare i put them up front if its not i put it in the rear. Different ppl do different things.

You should have replaced the rubber o rings that come with the filter.
I didn't see anything with the filter my friend. But that sounds like good advice now that I think about it thank you very much.

No idea?
Thanks for the tip

The wheels are only 66 lb/ft?! It's 150 lb/ft on my '15 mustang, I'm pretty sure it's the same on a '23 as well.
I just checked the manual, your wheels should be at 100 lb/ft; if it were a Raptor, 150 lb/ft. The spare should be 44 lb/ft
They are 100 ft lbs. Sorry. I'll be correcting that in the subsequent video.
