This is a fascinating project. One question i have. If the coins r touching each other, then the contour of those touching coins counts as 1 contour, how do you suggest I deal with coins that are touching each other? There can be 2 or more coins touching each other.
thank you so much for this project it was really creative and nice I want to ask if we can make it more complicated like making the same size and different colors but not that different am working on cent euro and I was trying to make it on the 10 and 20 and 50 but didn't work because of the size and I try the method of the color but didn't work also because the color of the 10 gold and the 5 bronze and they had the same size
Can you take out a new picture of the pupil of the eye and calculate the radius of the pupil’s dilation and output it on a chart? Can you do it? It is a very nice project through which you can know whether a person is a liar or not. .thanks for this project i enjoyed it

Please create a program in which for example there is a office and in office there are cubical for every employee and everyone has seperate light on ceiling, so create a program to detect a employees on his place and turn on light by using just one camera for whole office

yes or the Phone as an ip camera, you have just to chachte the 1 to 0 or phone stream IP

Please can you help me, i really often have issues. I'm using the same cvzone and opencv-pyhton version then you use.
Please see the errors below:

imgPre = cv2.GaussianBlur(img, (5, 5), 3)
cv2.error: OpenCV(4.5.4) D:\a\opencv-python\opencv-python\opencv\modules\imgproc\src\smooth.dispatch.cpp:617: error: (-215:Assertion failed) !_src.empty() in function 'cv::GaussianBlur'
Well if u copied the code then try changing cap = cv2.VideoCapture(1) to cap = cv2.VideoCapture(0)
That error is caused cuz of image not being provided correctly

@@drm8164 u can try changing the threshold levels and get the perfect values through trial and error.
Also make sure the coins r placed in a equally lit place. I found out that the counter gave incorrect values when some coins were more lit than others
Just make sure u get perfect circles when changing the threshold values
