Honey Garlic Chicken Bites Recipe
Ingredients list
--------
Olive Oil
500g boneless chicken thighs (can also use chicken breast)
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 tbsp soy sauce mixed with 1 tbsp Oyster sauce (use half and save half) can also double is more sauce is required as per preference
3-4 tbsp honey
3-5 garlic cloves (minced)
2-3 tbsp water
Always taste and adjust seasonings to your own preference as my recipes only act as a guide. Individual tastebuds are different and substitutions can be made throughout. Terri
