It's something that I always wanted to do, was to learn to speak Cantonese and Mandarin. I live about 6 or 7 miles from you in Troy, but I know the Albany area pretty well. It's nice to know that you're out there interacting with various people, and in their languages. Keep it up, there's a lot of educational and entertainment value in your dealings with others, please don't ever stop !! 😊
how many languages did you learn? i'm really surprised! learning is power! very great respect for you! the thing is.. when yu speak others' tongue, it breaks a very big ice wall, makes you seem more familiar and friendly to them. makes one become really comfortable communicating with others. that's why one simply can't stop smiling at the reactions.

I'm so jealous of people that can speak multiple languages. I have wanted to all of my life but I struggle just to speak a tiny bit of Dutch a little Spanish and a decent amount of English.
