What’s the advantage or difference between enamel and stainless steel?

The lid! Both of them come with porcelain-enamelled, cast-iron cooking grates. If you want a 9mm stainless steel grates you will need to search.
Cast iron grates cook well at low temperature and hold the heat better but requires better maintenance. For high temperature, stainless steel is much better.
Everything depends on what kind meat you cook. Is there any 2022 premium model available in UK? I have not been able to find none!
