- There are so many shiny Pokémon in the Teal Mask DLC that I want SHINY! So today I'll be giving myself 24 HOURS to catch as many SHINY Pokémon as possible! Over 15 SHINIES caught in ONE DAY!!

I haven't been in a shiny give away since 2010,but that's cause when I won twice,they gave it to someone else,I've been tricked and lied to twice in a row and it felt so bad that I couldn't bring myself to ever entering another shiny giveaway after that,that's how hurt I was,but I think I want to try this shiny giveaway of yours

I honestly love the litwick line, but the idea of trying to shiny hunt them with my terrible eyesight is harrowing! I'm always impressed by you shiny hunters when you find such hard to see pokemon!

I caught the blue oracorio shiny on the release day when I went to fight Monkidori and didn't realize it was shiny until a second appeared. Great video keep it up btw!

The game didn't care about your lvl 3 encounter power, because it only works in areas where dragon (in your case) types spawn, during the night you had noibat, but since during the day there were no dragons in the spawn pool, you would only get applin, flapple and appletun in the tiny garden and literally everything else on the outside (sorry for my bad english), always happy when you upload

Amazing video as always! Glad you got so lucky on the tynamo hunt, my friend did one in Violet and it took her I think like a couple weeks lol. Also in the video some parts (mainly around when you put up your target pokemon) the screen flashes black?? It's still a good vid just thought to mention it :)

That jangmo-o spot is so good that I only had an encounter 2 power and I still found one. The dlc has some great hunting spots and I'm so excited for the next one.

I really need to work on getting myself that amazing eel!! While it’s shiny isn’t as crisp before the 3D models. That was one of my favorite Gen 5 Pokémon. I could breed for it, but I like to reserve that for starters. But I’ve already strained my eyes enough hunting so many iron moths…maybe it’s time I bite the bullet and get myself this precious eel child.

I also thought Slugma and it’s evolution line was from generation 3. Other evolution lines I thought were from other generations were zorua’s evo line (thought it was from gen 7) and bisharps evo line which I uses to think was from generation 6.

I went YEARS thinking Slugma was a Gen 3 Pokémon because, despite playing a ton of Gen 2 as a kid, I never saw a Slugma in those games.

after getting the shiny charm for the first time ever (cause I've never been able to get it in any of my games) this is just my personal experience,but I got more shinies without it in scarlet and violet and after getting it,I've only found I don't know,very fewer shinies,no idea why,I'm assuming bad luck but my bad luck is making me wonder what the fuss was all about for he shiny charm,it's doing the opposite of what I've heard for years

What fabulous shiny luck you have! It inspires me to shiny hunt in Scarlet now...any ideas? Thinking about Salandit, but I really want Salazzle and I don't love having "cute" shinies except for Skorupi (cute shinies are cute shiny Pokemon that cannot battle...well)

I do the same thing with Slugma and I grew up with gold, your shiny luck hurts me I went over 30,000 encounters with isolated and mass outbreaks of toedscool and never got one
Slugma should be a gen 3 Pokémon!! That’s tough about toedscool, but don’t give up I believe in you!!

Funny story so when I first played the kitakami dlc I found a random shiny geodude and in that same area I also found a shiny nosepass , both were random encounters with just a shiny charm but I did easily catch them
those were two of my first shinies in kitakami!! they are both such great ones too, congrats!

Your applin encounter power didnt work because there were areas without dragons. For what I understand encounter power 3 forces spawns to only spawn pokemon of the type if able. If they can’t spawn it, it reverts back to random spawns…
Lagtree thicket works because you can stand in a spot without other nearby spawns
That’s interesting since flapple and appletun don’t spawn in trees, but I guess the zone they spawn in is too small to not also be in an area we’re non-dragons spawn
@@Thumbus I’m not 100% sure, but I’ve also found this with encounter powers that did not match water spawns
