I ride a 2016 Indian Roadmaster and have installed the Rinehart 4" slip-ons and a High-Flow air cleaner... Love the sound of the Rinehart slip-ons and have a bit more power too. Thanks for sharing. I removed the large luggage rack off the back and replaced the large seat with a Ultimate Seats solo seat. I also removed the lower front fairings. I have absolutely no rattling or noise from my front wind shield. There is a way to remove the rattling if it occurs on your Indian. My bike is now a true bagger!
I never had a Roadmaster windshield rattling problem, I have owned a 2015 put 17000, miles on it, owned a 2016 put 46000 miles on that one and have a 2021 with 10000 miles on so far, all bought new, you may have had a bike that was damaged. You just have to love the Roadmasters.
Rented a 2018 Roadmaster last summer for a 5 day trip through Wisconsin. Fell in love with it. I currently ride a 2015 street glide special. All the extras that come with the Indian make it a superior machine. Longer floorboards, better navigation system, heated everything, keyfob locking for all the storage, and I loved the adjustable windshield. And like you said that thunder stroke is one badass looking engine. Happy trails!
We definitely love our roadmaster and have spent a lot of miles on it. It has been the best bike I've had the privilege of riding.
I love your Roadmaster too and I haven't even ridden it. I'm glad you love your bike. That makes it a million times cooler in my book.

As a Roadmaster owner, I can tell ya that the right side will cook you. That's the catalytic converter location. Yank it off and ta da heat is gone.

It was a demo bike so the rattling may be due it being used and abused. It was an awesome ride tho.

Yeah if you wanted something other than what's offered you'd have to get a custom paint job which is of course a lot more $$.
