The Kellogg Company was the pioneer of the famous and widely loved Corn Flakes. Even though there are now several different brands producing this breakfast cereal, the original corn flakes cereal was the invention of two brothers: William Keith and John Harvey Kellogg.
It all started with a surprising motivation and an accident, but against the odds, the cereal has survived and thrived for over a century now...

FunFact: Another goal of John Harvey Kellogg was to lower the libido of men back in the day, thinking that heavy meat consumption was the cause of a certain "desire". Cornflakes were supposed to "heal" and stop men from sinning.

Your content is first class! How you don't have more subscribers is criminal. This was a really interesting and well produced video - and very educational. I live in Australia, and the township I'm in was settled by the Seventh Day Adventist church. We have a huge (now shutdown) Sanitarium plant here where all the wheat products were manufactured. I didn't realise that there was a link between Sanitarium and Kelloggs. Kind of makes sense now that I know though.
