Bro what Sigil do u recommend for this build? Blueberries only recommend orange ones and this event is kinda new on global. Are there purple/blue alternatives? thanks!
If you want to increase dps, orange one would be good choice. But oranges are hard to lvl up for bonus. I am using purple&blues and max their lvl. There are lots of sigil lvl bonus such as HP and damage reduce.
The great thing of hw are still ignore mdef & AOE, the new pve content have adapted tw server setting with very high def/mdef. HW still enjoys no penalty for the ridiculous def/mdef reduction, hence good for pve focused players

do you get global cooldown only from weapons? I haven't seen anything else, but your global cooldown is really fast
