Lime (നാരങ്ങ) - ½ kg (15 Nos)
Dates (ഈന്തപ്പഴം) - 300 gm (30 to 40 Nos)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 5 Tablespoons (65gm)
Vinegar (വിനാഗിരി) - 3 Tablespoons
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - ½ Cup (125 ml)
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - 1 Teaspoon
Fenugreek Seeds (ഉലുവ) - ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - ½ Cup (60gm)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - ½ Cup (60gm)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 5 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 3 Tablespoons
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 2 Tablespoons
Sugar (പഞ്ചസാര) - 3 Tablespoons (40gm)
