It may seem intimidating at first đŹ, but in actuality, when you're lifting heavy things, it's strengthening your muscles đ€žââ, strengthening your bones đŠŽ, and positioning you to be able to lift heavier things in the future đź.
By doing weight training đââ, developing your muscles đ€žââ, and leaning into heavy lifting, you're positioning yourself to lift heavier and heavier challenges đ, which means you can lean into the challenges that will inevitably confront you in life đȘ.
You're not only preparing your body for life's challenges, but you're also:
