This season is more about evaluating the infrastructure of the organization than the kid, imo. The skill is evident, but how are they going to harness it? Seems like there's more talk about winning than development. Good and great mature teams have bad seasons in this league every year due to a dozen things that just happen. Solid process and abundant patience.
Bernstein is 99% WRONG on what Bears' Fans want/expect from our Football team... We all watch RedZone or other teams play, and we know what a good team looks like. We've been desiring a high powered offense FOREVER, that's just not what we've been getting from our team. So to say think that Bears Fans only want a conservative team with a strong Run game and Defense shows a real disconnect with the Fan Base 🤷🏿♂️
Shouldn't this season be based on promise instead of results? Just want to see the kid show winning traits, why put extra pressure on a job that's already extremely difficult? Setting wild expectations on a 1st year NFL starter.
Waldron isn’t a 1st year play caller. Just 1st year as the Bears play caller.
