Hey mate, never used the siphoning set from IA. Is it worth reducing your Ult for the extra 17%? Does the 17% damage buff to swallow soul make it the best/strongest spammable?

Did you try the new range spam skill with a different set? Or is swallow soul with nb class set just best for range blade?
