- Seven years ago I sat on the cliffs of Iceland dreaming I could fly off them and explore the country. It was just a fantasy since the reality of that could never happen... until it did. Scout Paramotor organized a tour with select friends and we set out to be the first ever to explore the depths of Iceland on a paramotor.
Dude, absolute CHILLS! That was incredible. "It almost doesn't feel right to do that here." You hit the nail on the head. Flying in such a beautiful place was so powerful, it peaked the scales. Cannot wait to do it again!
Dude I'm so glad that you shared this video and I was able to enjoy this experiance vicariously! Just need to finish my training get myself a setup. this video like I mentioned earlier has inspired me and motivated me a thousand fold!

Have to say-- Scout Paramotor-- It's not just a machine, it's a culture. This is what we do. And I am not paid to say that.
How did you transport your equipment? Are there restrictions?
@@earthwalker007 I will drive the van and trailer fully loaded with paramotor gear. It takes 5 days to get there but it is absolutely worth it... all other team members will take a plane.

By far the best PPG video I have ever seen!!! It's hard to capture the true feeling of flying around like this, without actually doing it. This is as close as you can get to the experience, without actually doing it. Nice job my friend.

I'm traveling ( mostly hiking the highlands Solo out of main season even in deep winter ) Iceland since nearly 30 years, DUDE I COULD FEEL WITH YOU 100% for sure. Doing something away from the beaten tracks, something SO AMAZING AND SPECIAL........I always feel so honored and blessed sitting somewhere in the middle of nowhere and enjoying a breathtaking sundown all for my own, no other human in a distance of 50-100 miles.
Iceland nature is my kind of church and I hope to enjoy it for decades to come.
I'd love to chat sometime. I plan to do the same thing as you soon. I would love to hear the places you have hiked.

most awesome paramotor cinematography ever to date, problem is there is no mention of paramotor in the title so it does not search bar well, i cant believe it took six months for me to find this ive seen all the paramotors videos..at least i thought, i dont recall tucker mentioning any of this on his you tube channel, he needs to promote you more, your narration is impeccable, with great emotion, i hope you do a lot more of this. it will really promote this sport

Seeing this today brought back a flood of 2012 memories of you and the crew of Iris and Light shooting at Kathleen and Steve’s Iceland wedding… Think it is time to consider a return visit! It is such a powerful thing to be emotionally overwhelmed (and allow yourself to be!) by the majesty of nature...
Chris, When I mentioned that first trip where I dreamed I could fly off the cliff of Latrabjarg... THAT was the trip with Kat and Steve (and you). Before hiking back down to the cars I hung back a bit and just "had a moment" on the cliffs alone, and that's what started it all. Shortly after I started flying.

That's just awesome! When I saw that part of the video and heard your narration, I thought, "I wonder if he means from 2012 standing on those cliffs, or, was 2012 his second visit?" I couldn't remember for sure who among the photog crew had been to Iceland before and who hadn't. {Sidenote - good lord do I love looking back at all the wedding footage & images you guys captured! I do it routinely, as well as re-watching the Shinedown video for "I'll Follow You Down"! Never knew of them before; now I've watched that video dozens of times, to re-enjoy the Iceland visit...!}
The wedding trip (I should say -- Iceland) has cast such long-lasting ripples in the lives of several who attended! I'm so glad we all saw all that we did in 2012... I want to go back so badly for what would now be a third visit, but I also don't want to feel like I might contribute to the "too-many-people-for-the-environment-to-handle" damages too easily caused by massive tourist numbers...
