Billy Joel - Walmart Exclusive Colored Vinyl - Unboxing and Review

Columbia records just partnered with Walmart to release six of his albums on colored vinyl to commemorate 50 years of Billy Joel. I just received a set of 3 albums: Piano Man, Stranger, and 52nd Street. This is an unboxing and first look review of the release.
(Note: I had to edit out most of the music and parts of the clips due to CZcams Copyright restrictions. I was able to squeak in a few seconds of it though)

*CORRECTION UPDATE:. In the first minute I accidentally mention River of Dreams as one of the 6 colored issues. I meant to say Storm Front. I was a little tired. But ROD is not part of this release.

Got all six today, and they all sound great. Interestingly, my copies of 52nd Street, Glass Houses, and Storm Front all look warped, but they don’t sound warped, they sound fine. I don’t know if this has to do with pressure released when opening them up for the first time, but all six sound fine and don’t have any problems that I can see, so I’m content

How many times do we need another vinyl copy of the albums? Walmart cash grab! The recent Japanese re-issue of Billy's albums are sweet but these walmart are ulgy but there are still people who will buy them!😪

Btw, to return the favor I have been collecting everything Billy you could imagine since I was a young teen….before Napster, pirating, youtube lol so if there are things like some demos you’ve been looking for, a live version of a song you’ve been looking for…etc let me know

I was looking to see if they looked warped which they don’t so that’s good to see! I was a little skittish buying these because all of Target’s exclusive colored vinyl releases I’ve picked up are ways warped. Im glad Walmart’s don’t look that way.

Hey you a island guy or jersey ? I used to see him riding his MC went he lived in LoydsNeck and having a buy to eat at the burger stop on 25A...but that was years ago...he would play ag a local bar up in Huntington, and tryout new stuff....he had the first big house when you entered Loyds Neck...I used to drive limos and had a client up the Rabbi Gellman was,part of the God Square..like in 2000....Now he has a house out in the Hamptons I passed there a few times....He would take a charter Boat out of Montauk. Yeah I got plenty of his albums, I dont need the colored reissues...
