Hey! I thought I saw a question from you about where my food goes after my videos? The answer...to anyone who wants it. I try to spread the love between work and family. Cakes usually go to work because I know they'll be consumed fast. The Butter Pecan Ice Cream will be given to one of my coworkers when I get back from vacation this week. I keep the meats and salads. Lord knows I don't want, or need, this stuff in my house LOL!!!

I make scrambled egg whites OR I add another whole egg to them, so they'll have a yellow tint, and scramble them as normal for breakfast.

Replace sugars with Sukrin:1 and Sukrin Gold and this is a perfect keto recipe.

I will definitely try this minus soaking pecans--pecans are too expensive to discard. Maybe pecan flavoring will work. I have made homemade ice cream in machine , but making in freezer is much easier .

I've got to have control most of the time and since I know that about myself cooking allows me to open up, be creative and surrender to the process. Now, with baking I've had to find a certain level of comfort with baking since my viewers wanted me to bake more and I've gotten much better :)

Butter Pecan is my mother's favorite ice cream, almost every summer when plan to make homemade ice cream and never get around to it. The Lord's will, this summer I will make it my plans to do so--right after I finish JJ Smith Green Smoothie Challenge---I am down 10 pounds---so I will go lightly on this lol. Ice cream is not my favorite, but I do eat it at least twice during the summer. Do you have a recipe for Cheese Doodles or corn chips? Now that's my trouble lane. TFS.
I don't have a recipe for cheese doodles. I buy those when I get a taste for them...with hot sauce! LOL
