@@mushroom_beans I would, I find the campus style of living very beneficial, and the university hold lots of events making student experience amazing. The facilities are great especially if you're a fan of sports. And there's always a society or club to get involved. Definitely recommend 👌

The poorest get loads of government assistance, the richest are just rich and are unaffected by the financial crisis. The middle classes get their payslips mandoline'd to pay for the poorest. And so on. And now the UK's previously most stable industries are shedding jobs like a big dog sheds its hair.

I was born here I love England, but I’m also a Muslim and to be fair along with the financial and taxing situation here, soaring energy prices and ridiculous cost of living, the actual standard of living is diabolical. Knives everywhere, burglaries left right and centre - policing is at unprecedented poor levels. Literally your house can get robbed, you can’t do anything about it yourself and what will you get? A crime reference number and a phone call after 3 months saying ‘we can’t track the culprits but get in touch if anything else happens’. The self righteous British had a lot to say about human rights and LGBT when the Qatar World Cup came about but make no mistake, those countries have a standard of living for their citizens and provide utmost safety and security for both visitors and citizens alike. The UK has become a lawless cesspit.
