A talented studio! Your short video gave a clear indication as how a designer elicits the desires of a client and creates a proposal. Now your challenge will be controlling your passion to actually build the boat! You opened the door. ;-)
Would love to see their boat scale model shop (3D printers, laser cutters, CNC milling machines, etc.), unless of course they contract out that kind of work to someone else. I think it would be cool if they allowed their clients to wear VR goggles to virtually see their ship interiors before committing.
This is already happening in some places!

What program do you guys use to design?
Definitely Rhino. I know because we use it at our shop where we design yacht interiors.
