Ugba / 2 cups
palm oil
powdered potash ( or Ngu ) food tenderizer
Roasted fish/mackerel
1 large onion
salt
pepper
crayfish
seasoning cube ( knorr )
grounded Ehuru seed ( calabash nutmeg )
1 tbsp ogiri
fresh utazi leaves or baby spinach
