Wow! You've done it again! Where did you find this? I read on IMDb lit was considered a lost film until a print was discovered in Argentina and seeing the title card in Spanish I would guess this is from that print. You're right, though, it only about half the film.
Nevertheless, half is better than nothing so thanks for bringing this to us.
