I think Sherpa taking it upon himself to visit the snack bar was just hilarious! He always seems to charm his way into getting some kind of a treat from the vendors -- he probably figured it was worth a try!

Being as I've been housebound for the last 10 years, I absolutely love videos like this! I can't leave due to crippling anxiety, so when I can experience new places (or your walks!) it lets me see places through someone else's eyes asa well as my own. It's almost like me traveling, myself. So, thank you very much for these kinds of videos!
I was waiting for the continuation of yesterday's video. Riding that boat must have been an amazong experience. England really looks lovely. And Sherpa is so well behaved and not scared.

The weir in Bath (at the start of the video, Pulteney Weir by Pulteney Bridge, not the later one) is where they filmed the scene for the film version of Les Misreables where Javert, Russell Crewe’s character, jumps into the Seine in Paris at the end (spoilers). It was a stuntman that did the actual jump though.
And it’s 1827 for the bridge, it’s Cleveland Bridge. Connects the A4 to the A36, and is always packed at rush hours.
I thought it looked familiar! I did wonder if that was where that scene was filmed. How cool! Thank you!

Oh, I loved that. I also loved the way the video picked up the boatman's words and made them way more interesting than I suppose they were in real life! Very entertaining. Sherp' looked like he needed either a wee or a poo most of the time, but dog's are so resilient. He waited like a good boy.

This video is gorgeous, you went straight past my mum's house but she wasn't outside, shame. Sherpa did so well on the boat and I love when he went looking for snacks. Next time you come you can go over the oldest tollbridge and go to the Bathampton Mill for a cool drink and sit and watch the boats from the shore. From there you can walk to the Kennet and Avon canal and walk along the canal for miles, its beautiful. Thanks for this surprise Sherpa video
