Brilliant approach, with more than one reward to the juveniles --the no record & more important the traits & skills developed, which in turn add to their identities long-term; and reflect a better community. The pool of deliverables are all great✌️. It would be nice to introduce aside with problem-solvings, craftsmanship & creativity projects which would bring out the 👉discovery/commitment/friendly discipline👈 from the kids. Involving university students (of relevant & multi-verticals) might be good, in the sense of having an elder sibling/friend who are few years ahead of the kids, paving their routes, and can relate closely with them.. e-media friending.. could infer some 🆔/potential interests from their engagements.. In all, a move in the right direction.💫
