Still getting used to ours but starting to realise just how great they are. Perfect in busy places and so nippy to steer around obstacles. Very easy to balance at very low speeds as the centre of gravity is so low. Just found this morning that they are easier than a mountain bike to ride across sand on the promenade that has washed up over night. All round brilliant bikes. A bit challenging on steep hills even with the 6 speed but still love the bikes.
You know that riding on the sidewalk is against the law.... I wouldn't think that a folding bike would be intended for anything other than city riding, the idea being that you can ride/drive to a train station, hop on the train, and then continue by bike. Commuters, or apt dwellers with no extra storage. Great option, something for everyone.
👮♀️ even such a wide sidewalk 😉 There are people out there touring the world on Brompton’s … just wanted to see if the portability can justify the challenge of touring. Fun!
@@johnwoutdoors been touring Japan on the P Line 12 sp for the last 2 and a bit weeks, so much fun, helps that Japan is cycle friendly both on and off the sidewalk
@@firstnamelastname8217 sounds like a great adventure…. I tried the titanium p line Brompton, much nicer ride than the heavy steel frame. Enjoy bike friendly and all around friendly Japan 😀
@johnwoutdoors Ah lovely, if they had the T in the shop when i bought mine, i probably would have been persuaded... Still happy with this one, my first ever folding bike. Enjoy!
Brompton always deserves a like.
@@GabrielAndrad definitely a lot of passion behind the brand.

You can’t beat the Brampton for designed and like any change of riding equipment it takes some time to get used to. Enjoy your days riding on yours 😀
Amazing! Would love to try that thing!
It’s a fun ride, the 2 bikes we tried one was steel, I liked the the titanium one…
You both look so cool on these bikes!
Thanks, I felt I fit in that Urban Chic environment🤣
