This is the best series on CSCS on YT! Thanks! Taking the exam in a few weeks and can't look at the book anymore.

I was watching ur fati video and I got an acl grade 2 injury few months back I’m recovering well until my knee is starting to catch and lock but I can straighten the knee just fine. I have no pain when running or Turning in sports in my knee but when I bend my knee in close to my body it gets caught and pops and it hurts. I’m done some research of my own and I feel like it’s not a meniscus tear cause I have no pain when running and can bear weight on it. So I was thinking could their best cartilage in my knee floating around. U see to know ur stuff and that’s why I left a comment. Thanks.

Hi Eoin, thanks for your question - if you suspect cartilage floating around, it's best that you consult your doctor for imaging. I hope the pain gets better in your knee flexion and keep up with the recovery!
