- I stayed at the Deanza Clothing Optional Resort in Jacumba, California. This resort has it all, from swimming pools, to hiking trails and more. I wish the weather was warmer during this time of year. I will be back to enjoy this place again.

That opened in 1975 as a regular old trailer park. I attended the local high school and had a little band at 16. My first paying gig was playing there. I think each of us earned around $20 for three 45 minute sets of music.. I believe we had to repeat a few songs from what I remember...lol. Boy times have changed :)

Cool spot! There's a similar place not far from where I'm at - haven't been in a couple years because "the rona" complicated things. Hoping that changes by summer. I'd like to camp at Deanza and do some exploring.. I think there's an abandoned railroad near there 🤔

I noticed that the location is Jacumba, CA which is near where the border wall ends. It has become a place of illegal entry into the US. i wonder if the resort has hired additional security to protect the visitors? The flow has been significant in the past couple of months.

Spent a few nights there years ago with my girlfriend. Its very rustic. We went in late August while it was quite hot. The pool was ice cold. The Jacuzzi is round and great for conversation. Nudists are very friendly and of course the conversation came up what clubs have you been to ? We told them we were members of Glen Eden in Corona. This one woman piped upmand said only the beautiful people belong there ! My gf and I got great mileage out of that comment for years. Hopefully the pool heater has been repaired.

They were not closed but it is the off season so it was dead and they were doing a lot of improvements. Spring time should be awesome

I get plenty of privacy here at my place about 25 minute drive from Malibu Beach CA I get my feel of clothing optional in my patio and private backyard.You sure look great 👍 😎
A girlfriend asked me to go with her on a weekend carnival Cruise ship vacation. I have a nice home and enjoy the freedoms I have and a weekend getaway for me would be a 30-minute drive to Malibu Beach to do some camping or an hour drive up into the mountains to do some outdoor camping. Or maybe even a couple of hour drive to a lake to do some lakeside camping. Pretty cost-effective. Carnival Cruise ships vacations are not very expensive and comparison to camping so I told my girlfriend I would give it a try. To my surprise and my girlfriend surprise it was nothing like we imagined. Beautiful scenery everywhere happy people everywhere just about every commodity you could think of 24 hours a day from buffets serving pizza 24 hours a day to lavish buffets lunches breakfast and dinner that had every variety of food and even food I never imagined. A simple walk out to one of the pools revealed a stage with live music playing Jacuzzis to enjoy and a short order cook to grill you a delicious Angus steak for delicious Angus steak sandwiches. Or anything else you could think of having. The food on the ship was free 24 hours a day. And free food delivery room service if you so choose.The only thing that passengers paid for is commercial drinks and drinks with alcohol. Drinks that were free were coffee tea Kool-Aid and complementary Coca-Cola at any of the sit down breakfast lunch or dinner. I was even impressed with their Vegas style casino you could actually feel like you were in Vegas. And at night night life begins all night long disco text music Halls movie theaters dancehalls coffee shops even a 24-hour Church if you want it some down time. And of course the big screens to watch sports or news in one of the sports bars. I've taken three carnival cruises in my lifetime the longest was a 7-Day vacation. At the end of the vacation I think there was still a lot more I didn't see or have a chance to explore for any length amount of time. I never got that claustrophobic feeling because it was like a City on the ocean. ⛴️

PS my girlfriend health got worse with her suffering arthritis condition she was forced to retire she moved in with a 24-hour caregiver she didn't have much enjoyment with her hands from the arthritis she had I still loved her only she didn't want nothing to do with a relationship since she's no longer independent. It's been a few years since I've seen her or heard from her I wish her all the luck nature has in store for all of us 🌎
