Rhi, if you experience blood sugar fluctuations that you can feel very profoundly when you drink, that is something to watch and have your doctor possibly monitor. You might have hypoglycemia if it's frequent or, much less likely, maybe showing early signs of Type 1 diabetes. Sephora is massive, yes. The largest Sephora store in the US is almost 1,500 square meters, in case you ever come to NYC. Basically, a short PR interval might mean you have certain heart conditions involving the heartbeat due to some complicated things with the ventricles and the atrium. Your friends are right You're most likely fine unless you start having weird blood pressure readings and a high pulse or fainting. Much love!

If you have low blood pressure usually at home and it’s high at the doctor’s office, it’s likely white coat hypertension AKA you worry when you’re at the doctor’s and it sends your blood pressure up!
Also, the short PR interval is likely nothing, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Wait and see what the cardiologist says, yes, but no news is usually good news!
Sometimes the stress of going to the doctor just worsens your health (especially your mental health).
Also Rhi, the NHS UK website has a lot of good information about the ADHD meds if you want to have some more info! I used it when studying for my exams.

My son has recently been diagnosed with adhd and at first, I was very much against medication however he was really struggling in school with being able to focus etc so we decided to try it and it has made such a difference to his everyday life and he seems so much happier in himself. Like you say if somebody has an illness we wouldn’t think twice about taking medication so why shouldn’t it be the same for this.

I'm sorry to hear the appointment didn't go how you thought. Worth chasing the report and speak to your doctor about the other stuff. Lots of side effects to the meds so it's important your aware of it. They might outway not taking unless you really feel you need them. ❤😊

Looking forward to the finished summer house, we're renovating ATM and we want a 'garden room' or a summerhouse when the house is finished (likely next summer) in place of an outbuilding that is falling down. (it was apparently an avairy according to the next door neighbour who's been on the street 50+yrs, then my now estranged father turned it into a bar when he bought the house, but my mum made him dismantle it when I was born, it since been a glorified shed and nicknamed 'the mouse house' after a mouse issue out there 13yrs ago) Has Daddy of Four had any issues getting concrete/ cement for the summer house? I'm in Northern Ireland and we're having major issues getting supplies over here (blame Brexit) and concrete etc is being badly impacted to the extent we can't get any for the garden when we desperatly need it. I will say that having had our garage done kind of like a room inside has made a world of difference to keeping things from going mildewy. Also helps we put a radiator in to keep it from being freezing in winter,.When the garden's done we'll be able to store furniture in the garage with no damp issues at all.
If you want to replace the garden furniture and get cocktail sofas/ chairs etc I don't think homebase do them any more, according to me looking at homebase for accent chairs for our new kitchen. I did however see some nice 'scallop' shaped velvet cocktail sofas and accent chairs that are available in grey and light pink. They're 50% off in a sale at the moment so if you're thinking about it now seems to be the time. We managed to get the accent chairs we wanted for the kitchen for 30% off today. I think the range you might like is called 'Sophia'.
I'd honestly make a complaint about the person you saw not asking you if you consented to a student and for the student not introducing themselves. My local trust make a big deal about identifying everybody you see so not doing that seems odd. From my understanding there's a LOT of restrictions about ADHD medications because of there being a 'black market' so to speak for ADHD medication as study aids (or at least that's what I heard in school from an ADHD classmate). Whether that's true or not I don't know but that may explain the tight expected turnaround.

Hi Rhi, I have a prolonged PR interval and the majority of the time it means nothing, sometimes I get dizzy but it basically means you need to increase your electrolytes to avoid the symptoms. I’m also a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD but at 27 and prescribed Ritalin despite the PR interval. If you contact a company called Harley Psychiatry they should be able to prescribe you and deliver to you or get it sent to any pharmacy. After a few months they should be able to set up a shared care plan with your GP however I’m aware it could be different for Wales.

@@MummyofFourUK I don't know if UK doctors acknowledge it, but there's what's called a "white coat response" where a person's vital signs go haywire from being around doctors and it can cause people to think they have certain issues when they don't, but it doesn't go so far as to affect heart rhythm.

Hi how did you manage to get to the front of the adhd diagnosis waiting list straight away? Here in Newport its 5-7 years wait, just intrigued as it sounds like you've managed to cut some corners somewhere? I'm waiting for a Autism and ADHD diagnosis so just looking for tips if that was your diagnosis x
