    It’s spying by using drones; they get an unfair advantage watching the other teams style and techniques and use that information to target players. Just despicable behaviour and they already have an unfair advantage …

    • @tdelli3675
      @tdelli3675 Před měsícem +2

      No its not cheerleading. You cant get some unfair advantage from watching soccer practice. It's just nosey, its an over all rule not specific to soccer because you can get an advantage its just a rule for all the olimpics. If you lost because a team watched you kick the ball fancy then you suck its not because that team watched you play.

      @@tdelli3675That’s what I was thinking… How does having watched an opposing team’s practices make a difference on any individual player’s performance? It’s not taking drugs, which gives a physical advantage…

    • @tdelli3675
      @tdelli3675 Před měsícem

      @HRHDMKYT yeah, it doesn't give an advantage to wach the other team play. This is sore losers wanting a reason to have lost. I would be more embarrassed if my country's team was trying to have another teams gold taken away because they watched our team play. That would be the biggest embarrassment.
      I get why It's a rule, which is a good rule to have during the olimpics it keeps teams focused on themselves to avoid issue's, so I agree the coach should be fired, she broke the rule.
      But blaming the team and claiming they only won because of that is just sore losers crying.

It's no longer a respectful competition with sportsmanship but everything became really toxic and questionable. IMO he brought out the worst in people. I'm feeling really bad for some of the Canadian players whom I still follow cuz they absolutely don't deserve all this.

    The media is spinning this as the Australian team told the police that there was drones flying above them. That is not true. The truth is that at the time of the drones flying they were in a no fly zone implemented by the French government. The Canadian soccer team were ignorant of this no fly zone area and it was the French police who caught these drones. It was not the Australian soccer team who told the police. According to sources within the soccer federations these drone incidences with teams spying on each other HAPPEN ALL THE TIME! The only thing that was different is that Canada got caught and the police had to make a statement. Can you imagine if this was known by the public that this is a regular occurrence in the soccer realm. Someone had to pay for this mistake and unfortunately it was the stupidity of our national team coaches and players who didn't know there was a no fly zone in place. Don't kid yourself as if the players didn't know this was going on. Its a secret within their own associations. Your telling me the police intercepted text messages. Seriously! How naive can we be to accept this narrative.

Its increasingly widespread spoken use called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that "there is no such word." There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose. Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance. Use regardless instead.

They see these players play often, and they have access to all kinds of footage. If a team won after watching the other team practice, they won because they won, not because they watched the other team play.
      I'm not saying it's right to do that the coach should be fired, but it doesn't give you an advantage. If your team sucks they're not going to win suddenly from watching your practice, if they won, they would have won with or without is.

    I don’t see how using drones can qualify as cheating! The only way I can think of that is cheating is for a team to dope their athletes. And there is a certain College Team in the USA who is doing just that who is in their Colligate League of the NCAA. And that vary school who is doping their athletes isn’t getting any punishment at all for it. I’m from the USA myself! And I’m ashamed of them! Giving that they & their NCAA aren’t giving that College who is doping their athletes any punishment. And that vary school in American Football won in a Post Season when they were supposed to be banned. So if someone thinks those people in wonderful Canada would become cheaters by having drones! That is NOTHING compared to the doping that the College in the USA’s NCAA is doing & not getting punishment for. Besides! I know! If any athlete or team in Canada were to ever do that! At least they up in Canada would take better action over it than what my now Traitorous Home the USA is doing right now. So there fore! Canada this time around deserves medals during this year’s Olympics! My USA DOES NOT. Due to that!
