This pizza was out a few years ago and then discontinued. This is back as a "limited edition". I absolutely loved the earlier version. The one I bought the other night was dry and horrid. Bugga all cheese sauce base. I can actually see some of it on yours. Couldn't see it on mine. As for the stretchy Mozz cheese, what a joke. There was very little, if any, cheese on it. The only thing they got right was, I hate capsicum, so swap it out for extra onion. They got that right. To say I was heartbroken is an understatement. When they had this pizza the first time around, that was the only one I'd get. Mine had a good 2 inches of crust with no topping. I felt very ripped off.
Pizza places use a cheese blend because mozzarella has aa a weird tendency to get tougher, like bubble gum as it's being chewed. That's why it doesn't stretch like it used to.
