Bro, keep these fantastic videos coming, I can’t come across a workshop manual, I’ve looked everywhere I normally have success but to no avail? And if you fancy getting your money back you spent on your manual, and more besides why not do an instruction DVD, or whatever format is in now and cover all of it. I would be interested if you did, dave
Hi Dave, I am using the Gen 1 manual and lot of it is just trail and error. I just do this for fun and helping the Brugman community. You can order a workshop manual from Suzuki dealer.

Did you replace the gasket too?
we have the same model. how many ks have you done?
how did you know thermo wasnt working. Or is that obvious.
The coolant was not circulating and if you touch the outlet hose of thermostat, it will be cold to touch.
On my AN650 I had only 2 Temp. Bars in the indicator for apps. 20 minutes

i dont believe you have to remove hoses to remove thermostat.will fall away.
