Size 19mm socket wrench for coolant temperature sensor and tighten it to 18nm or 13lbf-ft.

The coolant temp sensor is for the temp gauge on the dash, I believe the fan is controlled by the "radiator fan switch" on the bottom of the radiator... You should correct your video with the proper info..... !
