    I know the 21” front wheel is typical for a scrambler, but I’d prefer the look of a 17 rim with. Chuckier tyre to match the rear wheel anyone know if that possible to do?

    I was a scrambler 1200 xe owner, everything's good but it's disappointing that the high-exhaust pipe causes leg discomfort when stopping or standing(although it looks great).
    I was hoping there would be some changes in this update... but it's a good bike anyway.
    What I'm looking for can probably be found in BMW's R12 Ninet Scrambler(?).

    Would be interesting to see a head to head between the new 400x and the 1200x in the dirt. The 400x is way down on power compaired to the 1200x with only about 40HP but you don't need as much power in the dirt, the 400x is also alot lighter and more nimble. Both bikes aren't serious dirt machines but it would be very intresting I think the 400x would do suprising well against the 1200x in the dirt.

    Hi, thanks for the first impressions video on the Triumph 1200 new X Scrambler model. I’ve ridden the XC model, which I think is relatively the equivalent to this one on the Triumph’s Bonneville range, and at the Time I already thought very well about the bike. I think, comparing to the predecessor model, this one is maybe a little bit shorter or almost of the same height, but correct me if I’m wrong, it has already lean sensitive abs along with the regular abs and TC. There aren’t a bunch of options in terms of colors. This light Matt gray color is very compatible with the bike’s style but I wish they would gave us some more color options. I don’t feel so happy with that bold paint of the gas tank with the logo and the brand name in such evidence, but I accept, it is a scrambler , after all. I had a T 120 for a whole year and I know well how “smooth” is the word to describe this Bonneville bikes. I also got very enthusiastic about the stealth new painting scheme of the 2024 line up of the Triumph Bonneville range, but I have to confess man, I’m in a slightly different setting in what to bikes is concerned . In the present I own a BMW R Nine T Scrambler and the 1170 cc boxer engine with 110 Hp along with other nice features, like drive shaft transmission is spot on. It’s also a very reliable bike, everything feels very solid and durable and the bike has a great deal of retro modern soul which is something that I appreciate in this bikes and that’s why I love this Bonneville line of Triumph.
    The sound of the video, was not the best that I listen to but it’s very decent👌🏻
    On the other hand, I can understand that comfort is an important aspect when you think of a bike to do long mileage or to keep it for every duty and usage but other than that it shouldn’t count a lot because at least for me, riding a bike is the seeking of other type of feeling . And a certain amount of exposure to the natural elements is expected and desired. For me, feeling the wind makes part of the experience . When it’s too much, yes it can be a counter factor to the pleasure of riding, but in a proper sense, some amount of wind presence is part of the bike’s riding experience and among other specific factors that are inherent to the outdoors activity it’s intrinsically related with it’s pleasure, in my personal view.
    If from an ideal point o view was doable to have one more bike, this Triumph Scrambler X would fit perfect into any bike’s collection , for sure! ✌️✌️

      @bobjohnson1633 Před 6 měsíci +2

      90% of the owners of all 3 versions will not take this bike off road, so it doesn't need one. The few that will can buy aftermarket.
      That's what I would do. Cheaper bike, more sales, nothing you don't need to get those sales

    Why do we need 5 riding modes? Well we don't, it's just a sales gimmick/fashion/trend, pick one.👎 A great looking bike BUT oh dear, that horrible digital TFT screen dashboard/clock thingy, totally out of place.👎 This is a retro, bring back analogue FFS!👍😂 If ABS is cutting in on dry roads like that it's WAY too sensitive.
