    these types of professionals remind me of what Nassim Nicholas Taleb calls "No Skin in the game!" they just experts! they don't have real experience in managing people in small or large organizations! they just try to use evidence-based ideas to teach a soft skill! OMG, it's ridiculous!

      On the other hand, what use is anecdotal evidence? There is no way that one organization leaders personal experience would be applicable to all operations and teams. Both perspectives are necessary.

      Oh no, not using EVIDENCE to make decisions! How could you possibly make a decision without the oh so important 'gut feel'?
