One of my favorite, if not THE favorite jazz solo piano performances ever, and that's saying a lot. The technical control, phrasing, dynamics, voicing texture, and general vigor in his playing really make it so.
This guy was the teacher for my combo when i was at Stanford Jazz Residency. He is amazing. I just regret that i wasn't as good as i am now to fully appreciate what he does
