Hey mate! Try and start small, eat garlic daily for the blood pressure along with Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2 togheter and some Vitamin-E (Easily found in sunflowerseeds). Start eating more of those foods and do any light exercise you can from the home, even if you can't take long walks anymore you can always build up to it! You can do it! There will always be troublesome children and disrespectful people, just focus on yourself and your journey and stay healthy!

(I fry in butter.)So nice. Goodness in the garlic and parsley. Low calorie too. 👍💕😋 Edit: yeah I know, courgettes are super bland... No real nutritional value, but they're a filler. Yes, onion works too. Garlic may create too much heat in body that make the heart beat fast, make us angry. Onions are milder. I slice and eat it raw. At night, when I sleep, I feel good. I feel my nerves in my head relax, my mind clear. I think onion is cleaning my arteries when I sleep. Food is the best medicine.

Just cover ingredients with enough water. Bring it to a rolling boil, then turn down and simmer for 30 minutes. Make sure the water doesn’t evaporate. Remove the lemon slices, then put garlic, onions and water in soup bowl. Eat and drink all the ingredients. In at least an hour you will feel your nose dried up, and breathing will be better.
Thanks for this Dr Mandel! I've been making Yogi Detox tea every morning for the last year. I combine their roasted dandelion detox tea bag with their cleanse detox tea bag with distilled water, 1-2 large fresh lemons to get at least 3.5 - 4 oz juice, 2 TBL of Bragg ACV with mother, 1 teaspoon of real EVOO and 1 large finely diced clove of garlic. After dicing the garlic I let it marinate in the ACV / lemon juice mixture for about 30 minutes before I add the cooled down tea and EVOO. I find that doing this step takes a bit of the bite out of the garlic. But now I'll begin by letting the diced garlic sit in the air for 10 minutes before doing so. Appreciate all you do to inform and teach healthy lifestyle choices.

Since March 8th 2020 I figure I must have eaten 35-40 pounds and have never felt better! Also part of that daily routine includes 3 pieces of
American ginseng, vitamin d3,zinc,, a multi vitamin and 2000iu of C after eating.
Every day and try to never miss ....it really works.I haven't had so much as a sniffle...

@@TravelbyNick. Absolutely. Hangovers are caused by the liver converting alcohol into aceteheldyhde, which is extremely toxic, and that's what causes the hangover. Garlic contains L-cysteine, which neutralizes aceteheldyhde.

Heat changes garlic so for maximum benefit eat it raw by crushing it to a paste in your pestle and mortar and mixing the paste with olive oil and vinegar to make a salad dressing.

Personally I am a garlic lover there is a Greek sauce which I prepare often mix chopped garlic chopped cucumber which must be strained at the beginning mix with yogurt add olive oil and some lemon juice it keeps in the refrigerator for about three days ❤️

I cut off the top of a whole head of garlic, coat it in evoo, wrap it in damp paper then foil and roast it at 350 about 25 minutes. Squish all that wonderfully soft garlic out and use it instead of butter on bread. Super yummy.

I have to take it with drinking water. Really strong in my stomach and it’s warm.
