Seattle's Tallest Apartment Building | Touring the Tallest Apartment Building on the West Coast

- In ths video I got the chance to tour the tallest apartment building on the West Coast. This is the Residences at Rainier Square. This mostly completed skyscraper will be complete this year and features some of the most luxurious and expensive apartments in Seattle.
The apartments I tour today cost between $4500 - 6500, but prices can go as high as $15,000 a month here. So there are high prices, but the views you get are breathtaking.

I hope everyone is doing well! Here is a video that I was supposed to release last December, but got a little busy. I haven't been posted as much, but starting this year I am hoping to post at least once per week, with 2 of my videos a month being apartment tours! Let me know what apartments you want me to tour (I have a list of your suggestions) or what neighborhoods/topics you want me to cover! I usually make vidoes touring only one apartment at a time, but I thought it would be nice to see three in one go, so let me know what you think of this video! Do you like longer, multiple apartment videos, or shorter, one apartment per video?

Thanks! And I’m hoping to do a Bellevue video soon! I’m trying to get enough video of the city itself so I can do a proper video on Bellevue. In the meantime all I have to say is that Seattle has more in it, but Bellevue has a really clean and friendly environment (probably also cause it’s a little smaller haha)

It is! And I haven’t yet, but I could try to get a tour there sometime soon to made a video!

That’s great! It’s a really beautiful city. And I agree, this place is a bit expensive. But at least Seattle isn’t too large so no matter where you are, you’ll generally be a short distance from downtown

@@Gravitation3Beatles3 personally, when I was looking for places, I tried to find places that are writhing walking distance to downtown. I’ve found that Belltown, Queen Anne, and the ballard neighborhoods are nice. Places like south lake union and downtown can be expensive for really small places

No it is not beautiful it is a stupid shape. To see beautiful and graceful look at the original rainier bank tower behind it. THAT IS GRACEFUL AND BEAUTIFUL.

cascadia subduction zone will destroy everything so why you care about living in those buildings? Many old buildings in Seattle are not retrofit, I am sure those new buildings are built with the last technology nevertheless those structures didn’t have a real test yet….so the options are vast, I am wondering how insurance companies will respond to something so massive, the damages will affect the area from South west Coast in Canada to North of California, in addition people in Spokane Wa will feel the waves……
And we wonder why there’s homelessness. Sick greed.
