Preparation time -45 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Fo Vada-
Semolina(sooji/rava)- 1 cup
Curd/Yogurt -1/2 cup
Green chilli- 2
Ginger(grated)- 2 inch
Onion-1/3 cup
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Red chilli flakes -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Baking soda/Eno-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry
Coconut Chutney:
Green chilli-2
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Ginger -2 inch
Garlic -5 to 6
Fresh coconut -1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli- 2
Curry leaves - 6 to 8
Chopped garlic cloves -2

Fantastic recipe... can be had for dinner as we're using suji. Awesome way to make perfect vadas. I used a glass bottom instead of a katori. That saved my hands from getting burnt in hot oil.
