iâm crying. this is the hardest morning iâve experienced so far. iâm raising my son alone. i really needed this message today. perfect timing. i can make it through this.
You can x we are strong as mothers x
Need to talk?
You can do it. I raised my daughter alone. Sheâs my best friend. Hugs to you!
You can do it! My mom was a single parent and I think she did an amazing job raising me! She is everything to me! â„ïž Hugs.
You will make it through. These days wonât last he will grow very very soon. Make sure you communicate and always tell him the truth and lead by example.
Some people do not realize how fortunate they are to have parents. I like that you show cased your mom in this episode! I grew up without a mom and my dad was never present, so I agree, cherish your parents and siblings for that matter. Love your channel.
I could write a book about my parents. They had me much later than my siblings so I was their little buddy always. Iâd go to work with my dad or run errands with my mom and I was convinced they were super heroâs. Kids notice. They might not know why but they know they are safe and happy because their parents out in effort
Maybe you should write a book
I agree with the other reply: maybe you SHOULD write a book! Being encouraged in life is such a soul-filling experience. Iâm certain there are many that could benefit.
You remind me that parenting should be fun, spontaneous, and filled with laughter - thank you for that!
I'm crying with the end of your video, so beautiful and so powerful words, I miss my mum so much, she died two weeks after I gave birth to my son, he's five now, I wish I could ask her million things everyday... and I truly would love to travel in time and see my mother with her 5 young children, just being a mother... I now understand so many things, why she was always falling sleep everywhere for example hahahah also my dad a super hero, I still have him and I'm so glad. Thank you Ellen for making us don't forget about the hard work our parents did, and do everyday for us :)
Being a parent is definitely hard. Though the children don't always realize what you're going through, seeing them happy and at peace is beautiful.
I love how your kids come running, excited to eat their food. Congrats on your beet harvest!
Wow your comments at the end had me tearing . Iâve earned a newborn respect for you and your heart , your such a thoughtful person and thank you for those last few sentences that managed to pull on my heart strings.
Same hereâ€ïž
That last part made me cry. I have two that are 14 months apart who are 5 and 6 now, and an almost 1 year old. I homeschool them and my husband is working full time and finishing his degree full time. I am exhausted and have full hands and a very full heart. Thankful for your mama's wisdom and the words from you.
Redeeming wounds through your future and leaving the trauma cycle in its tracks. Wow, such beautiful words. That has been my mission from the minute I found out I was pregnant with my first. Thank you so much for the encouragement, Ellen â€ïž
I didn't think I was going to cry at your video today Ellen †I have amazing childhood memories. We are raising 4 kids, one with special needs . Its alot, but your encouragement makes me think , maybe I'm not screwing it up too bad . Thank you Ellen
Elvis at the end đđđđ
God bless you and your family, Ellen!
You are wonderful, sister đâš
Andrew with a shirt on is mind blowing đâ€ïž
Iâve always loved my mom. Never doubted it for a day but WOW my eyes opened and my love grew for her once I had my oldest. I was sobbing sending her texts telling her how much I appreciated her and loved her. And youâll never understand how much your parents love you until you have a child of your own. Then itâs like wow, my parents feel this way about me? Itâs amazing.
Absolutely beautiful. I really (really) needed this today. Also, eating vegan is a natural form of Self Care. As a mother who has made poor and unhealthy food choices in the past-with devastating health issues that resulted in expense medical bills and many trips to the ER and hospital-I now realize that Self Care is vital. There is a difference between spoiling yourself and wisely nurturing yourself so that you can nurture others. You canât give what you donât have. And Ellen Fisher is such an inspiring example of finding a beautiful balance at every stage of her motherhood experience. Love you so much Ellen!! Praying for you & your sweet family âšâ€ïžđ«
This made me cry. Its been rough lately with my boys arguing among other things and I am definitely feeling stretched. I loved when your mum said "you stretch and you grow" it made me realise that this moment in our lives is helping me to grow and now I'm grateful for this part in my parenting journey. Thank you for making this video.
Out of all the things Iâve experienced in life, being a mom to my 3 boys has given me the utmost joy and reward. Wouldnât change it for anything!
From someone who is reparenting myself, while parenting my 4 kids. Itâs hard, and hearing you say these words were so encouraging. God bless your precious family Ellenâ€ïž
The end sentence got me crying so damn much girl jeeze. Thank you for saying that it is hard seeing examples of healthy families when you never had one but its so thoughtful and impactful that you mentioned this.
Seeing you hug your mom brought me to tears. We just unexpectedly lost my mom. I love your channel.
Enjoy your Sunday and Halloween đ
đ
I am sorry for your loss
Sending you love
oh im so so sorry for your loss!! how hard that must be to loose your mom unexpectedly. sending love from across the world
This is so inspiring. I'm thriving as a vegan and am determined to stay vegan through pregnancy by doing my research and nourishing myself real well
Such a sweet, lovely message. I like that you did this outside of mother's day. Mothers - and all parents - ought to be acknowledged regularly for their hard work. Even though I'm not a father or mother, you inspire me give my best to the children in my life.
Hannah definitely looks like Mama!
Elvisâ words are so true. He already knows how awesome you are. Had tears in my eyes watching the end over and over again.
Elvisâ comment at the very end made me cry. So sweet.
Ellen, this is one of your best videos ever.! It spoke right to my heart. Sometimes I think we wake up on auto pilot, hurrying through the day to make sure all the âstuffâgets completed. We donât stop what we are doing to have conversations with our kids or engage with them. Time sure does fly by and pretty soon our children are all grown up. All that time was lost just so I could have a clean house. Thank you for showing me to slow down, be present and enjoy this precious time. Itâs SO worth it!
Gosh. I miss my Mom and Fatherđ
That was such a gorgeous message Ellen. The mirroring of parent to child and child to parent is so moving. Thank you.
I was not expecting to cry at the end there đ„Č (despite reading comments that everyone else did too.) Thank you for your encouragementđ
The way you look at your mom is wonderful. You can see the admiration in your eyesâ€ïž
Ellen, I absolutely love your message with your mom and at the end. It is beautiful and thank you.
The message you offered in this video is priceless. Thank you for sharing. â€ïž
I also saute the greens with garlic, sea salt, olive oil along with other greens from the garden. Smoothie, , sautéed, or any other recipe - yummy and so good for you!
on a different note, along with nurturing others I feel that it so important to have self care (versus self-indulgence) and sometimes that does require that we are "selfish". We cannot serve others if we are drawing from an empty well. You seem to be good at balancing all of that.
Elvis at the end...pure gold. God bless
A beautiful and encouraging video. Exactly what I needed for today. I am being the mom I so desperately needed but never had, it's so hard but SO worth it. You are very blessed to have your mom, she seems like a lovely and caring soul.
Iâm in tears. Beautiful ending Ellen! I just had my third baby and everything has felt so hard. This video was so needed and a great reminder. Thank you for what you do and share with us!! â€ïž
Your an inspiration. Thankyou. especially for the narative at the end of this video., sometimes people need to hear that. a big huge virtual hug to you too , thankyou for caring !
Im crying, thank you Ellen for the beautiful message. Perfect timing!!
This video came at the perfect time. Our third baby was born just a couple of days ago, and while I am more excited to be a parent than ever and more in love with being a mama to these little ones, looking at all the changes and adjustments ahead is very overwhelming, and I feel so inadequate. Thank you for this wonderfully-timed message and for the constant encouragement and advice you give to parents. â€ïž
As a new Mama, long time watcher, I so appreciate & needed this. Thank you Ellen. â€ïžâ€ïž brought tears to my eyes đ„șâ€ïž
What a beautiful video and message. Exactly what I needed to hear! We are definitely in a busy season of parenting, where I often find myself feeling exhausted. This was a beautiful reminder of why all of us parents do what we do! Thank you for being real and honest.
Making some cry today! In a good wayâ€ïž I feel this all the time. Iâm so thankful to still have my parents here on earth with me and I cherish that.
My sister and I are also 14 months apart and we are best friends. We both watch your channel and Hannahâs and want to have future families like your guysâ
I love how dedicated your mum is to being a mum and grandmother.
You had me tearing up at the end. Since I had my son I often mourned my past independent life and felt like I could never get back town that. This Video made me realize that everything is just a phase, and that the years of sacrificing yourself to your children pass by so quickly. I may not get lots of time for myself for a few years, but all will be caught up on later. Kids are only little for such a short time.
Today of all days I needed this reminder. Thank you so much!
had me teary eyed at the end
i love the sweet encouragment you give in this video! being a Mom is so sweet and hard good work! youve inspired me for years!
Great video, Ellen! Super short, simple, genuine and super encouraging! Loved it!đ€
Love you and your family Ellen! đ thank you for being an inspiration to live my best life! More blessings to you and your family! đ

Iâm not a mom yet but my parents were amazing growing up đ€ One day I want to do just as well as they did, I have nothing but happy memories about my family life growing up
Thank you for sharing this sweet but oh so true message! Changing lives!
This is such a stunning video, thank you so much for sharing this. Elvis at the end is just so beautiful, I'm relieved I'm not the only one getting emotional!
Being a parent makes you appreciate everything your parents did to you, am so grateful I still get to see my parents and tell them how thankful I am . My baby has taught me a lot and am still learning, some days are tougher than others but at the end of the day when he lays in bed, am in total bliss knowing I have the greatest present in my life . Praying for all mothers and fathers
Crying! Love this and you Ellen! God bless you and your family! You are helping make this world a better place đ€
What a beautiful picture of the rewards being parents but also to all those parents who worked hard doing what they knew best. As my mom is so far away and raising her grandchildren. I feel both are missing out on so much and my dad gone. Makes me realizes all the sacrifices they gave. Watching you hug your mom, I only wish I could do that for real. Thanks for the beautiful picture and the encouragement I needed as my husband and I raise our little people.
Beautiful soul and family đ thank you for these wonderful videos Ellen
I love this so much, Ellen.
I wish I wouldâve known you when my children were littles.
The traumas and pain have made me a better parent, and better human.

Definitely needed to hear those words today. Thank you! â€ïžâ€ïž
Wow this was beautiful and so encouraging made me tear up, thank you for this message!! On social media we hear all the time âself care self love etcâ. It was so nice to hear an alternative message of encouragement- that this is just a season of life. And we are doing important kingdom work in the lives of our children! THAT is what keeps me going đ

I am impressed. Iâm 31 and Iâve never been stung. đ
Tears in my eyes....such a special video...loved Elvis' pronouncement at the end â€
The best revenge is looking good and being happy.
I come from a family were my father was not present. My mother was not one to spend time with me and my sisters. We never got hugs or kisses and were reminded almost on a daily basis that she wished we were never born. Now all 3 of us are mothers and love our children with every bone in our body and have broken that ugly cycle.
@@stephaniezunni5922 Im not defending your mother. But single moms experience alot of hardships. They work and raise kids at the same time. It creates alot of frustration because it really takes a toll. Parenting is a job of two, and when it's only left to one. It can create resentment, and anger. Thus, leading to expose ugly emotions to children.
@@karlasantos1776 no I completely understand. She has come to realize the mistakes she made with me and my siblings. She is amazing with the grandkids she. She was just not ready to become a mom when she did.
This was a beautiful video, thank you đ
oh my gosh your mom looks so much like Hannah!!! What a fun morning :) Have a beautiful day!
