I can’t think of any sound more soothing than a sharp knife cutting through basswood.
I love especially your POV camera angle. It is so much easier to follow your steps than any other carver online, bar none.
And I love the way you break down complicated designs into basic squares (I’m thinking about your amazing chickens) in a way that makes the whole thing logical.
I understand now, after watching 100’s of videos from other carvers, that achieving a finished carving with personality is not about the wood you save, but that which must be sacrificed to reveal the treasure within.

Bin immer wieder begeistert über ihre tollen Werke. Sie zaubern so voll süße Teile, das man einfach immer und immer wieder zuschauen muss😍🙏🙏👍ich bin hin und her gerissen und möchte mir gern auch die Teile bestellen, die man dazu benötigt, aber weiß nicht ob ich das einigermaßen so als blutiger Anfänger hin bekommen werde 🧐🤷♀️😬 aber ich würde es so gern versuchen. Natürlich würde ich mich schon ärgern wenn es nichts wird, da die Sachen ja auch Geld kosten. Aber ich finde diese geschnitzten Teile so mega süß und man hätte immer etwas zum verschenken😁😍👍👍
Kann mir vorstellen, das es wirklich schon schwer ist, da man ja auch das gewisse etwas mitbringen muss und schon den richtigen Blick dafür haben muss😏

But mine is hard
I know the basswood should be very soft
But my is hard
For slice is ok but for cut deep V is very hard!

@@user-mq7yl1qt5e 그럼 잘라야 겠지요 컷팅기가 없으면 톱으로라도 잘라 사용하시고 꼭 영상에 제시한 치수가 아니더라도 가지고 계신 나무 두께를 기준으로 몸통은 정 육면체정도 측정하시고 나머지 길이는 모자의 길이가 되겠네요 영상의 비율보다 나머지 길이가 길면 더 긴모자가 되겠지요 제 영상을 참고로 히시되 민준님이 만들고 싶은대로 고깔 모자를 쓴 인형을 만들어도 되고 빵모자를 쓴 인형을 만들어도 돼요 민준님 인형이니까요^^ 자를 도구가 없으면 긴모자를 쓴 인형을 만들어 보세요 항상 손 조심하시구요 장갑 꼭 끼고 하세요 감사합니다.
