I may have this wrong, but The video is I think taken from their concert at Akasaka Blitz for their Just Bring It album release, with the studio track over the top. There is a copy of 30 minutes of their Akasaka Blitz concert floating around the innerwebs. There was no longer version released, even though the entire concert was recorded.
Yes the footage is Akasaka Blitz. Part of the concert was released on DVD (7 songs I think - Secret My Lips wasn't on it) with the limited edition of Daydreaming/Choose Me single.
