I miss my SRX triple triple . My buds had 800 xcr , thundercat , Mach Z . We all made some noize for sure ! I love riding still with our modern machines , I hear a triple in the woods it’s very rare but 👍🏽👍🏽 to the guy riding . On a side note , it needs to snow around here before I lose my mind !!! Nice machine I like it like this lol

Racks work good if you have room for them, I would keep them on. That will be a fun play sled. I always wanted to drop the fuji 800 XCR engine with some porting into a old wedge sled and make a sleeper.
@@toddclyne3493 I have been told it is not fun to fit those rack carbs by others too, I think it is worth the effort. That sled looks great, I think it would look good with a red belly pan and maybe a white or black hood.

Todd you absolutely did a phenomenal job dude that thing looks so sexy wow the word that comes to mind is just "EPIC"!!! I love not seeing the shroud I don't know what it is it just looks so manly and straight muscle 💪 real quick for a future build it would be awesome if you did an IQR chassis with a big bore triple and you could nickname it the "red hot snot" lol anyways absolutely love your work keep up the hard work brother you guys make some great content!!!! I'm hoping I can get a chain case for my 1997 ultra 680 SPX she's in great condition and I ended up getting a hot to go clutch kit and triple pipes from SLP I'm hoping to get this thing ripping for this winter and I'm a little behind the eight ball but I'm hoping to get it done soon just got to get the parts
@@toddclyne3493 yeah man that build is absolutely sick it'd be very hard to top that as far as the IQR goes I built an 800 off of 440 chassis and it took some time because I made it completely fully trailer converted and I used to race it on the uphill drags I have one video of my sled on my CZcams channel that was a fun race but I think it'd be very tough to be the bill that you just did that sled is beautiful
Do you guys have any plan on how your gonna keep the belt dry from snow and water when on the trails? Was just curious, as the clutches look pretty open.
Today couldn't get any better put all the steel up on a post barn then get home and crack open a coors banquet to watch more triples doing what they do best turn gas and oil into HP and noise

I have heard of those 800 triple lake monsters doing well over 120 mph. I was hitting 116 mph with my 600. You gotta love the sound of a triple, triple, and the smell of two stroke smoke.
You guys! Mbrp can will give you that sound but at a lot more reasonable decibel level. Does the engine have enough power for you! Did you ever think a triple would give you that kind of instant power and throttle response

First time out on the machine he was trying to get the oil pump flowing oil. We where running 50:1 in the tank. More throttle more oil but not enough room to just let it eat. Thanks for watching. 😅
My personal opinion, "that" is more snowmobile than wet basement is ... it's just not fully matured yet ... one day you'll get it there ... and that is going to be one scary fast son of a b**** to hang on to ... that's what I see right there ... Well done, Todd ...

New engine new sled first time on the snow. He was pulsing the throttle to get the oil pump working extra. Im sure you know how the throttle cable is also attached to the oil pump. You seem smart like that

Nice sled, sounds great but for the safety of anyone on it or near get a decent clutch shield on it.
I explained that we where being stupid and this was a major safety issue. Clutch cover is done and on. Check out the recent videos of it on.
