RESTORED POLYPHON #41 "THE KLEBERG" 8-1/8" DISC PLAYER W/ 8 DISCS
This is an antique (pre-1900) Polyphon music box which plays 8-1/8" metal discs. The German made Polyphon model #41, aka "The Kleberg", is a walnut cabinet which houses a musical mechanism with 40 note musical comb. The cabinet is in overall excellent condition for it's age. The musical mechanism has recently been professionally serviced and restored to "AS NEW" condition by the seller, Music Box Repair Center Unlimited. The recent restoration included replacing broken dampers, straightening the star wheels, and lubing and polishing all mechanical components.
