There is only a 45% chance to keep the #6 pick in the televised draft Lottery draw. So even if the retain the #6 pick they could still lose it in the draft Lottery draw if a team moves up outside of the top 6. In the previous few Lottery draws a team has moved up outside of the top 6. The main hope is that the Raps move up in the Lottery draw.

They basically threw away their chance to win this game when they won the last 2 games. The top 6 pick is more important than the Indians pick.

Ben needs W’s for content 😂The question Ben should be asking is why did we win the game against the Wizards when both Memphis and Portland won 🤷♂️If we lost that game we could have tried to win the game against the Pacers. Winning anymore games doesn’t make sense even if you’re for building a winning culture. There’s more negative than positive to winning these last couple games.

Yeah, look at who Memphis dressed last night against the Spurs, who had Wemby playing. I had wanted Raps to beat the Pacers, but not if Memphis is pulling out all the stops to tank.

This one surprised me. I put $40 on the Raptors to win. Could have won $150 if they played IQ and Gradey. I was certain we would look to win this game because of our Pacers draft pick.

I hate the fact Raptors and other teams tanking in hopes of picks is messing with the games integrity. Losing on purpose is no better than porter orchestrating game results. Adam Silver needs to do something about teams manipulating games

Agree on try to win vs pacers and then strategic loses rest of the way since Memphis 27 and us 25 in wins.

I think the takeaway from this is Raptors are actually gonna be decent next year. The fact that we have to withhold players to lose to the Pacers...

Well, we can't get any lower in the standings and the Grizzlies are still, 2 wins above us. We ended the loss streak, had some good feels for the guys and we still in the same spot we was before. Not sure you should be the judge of that..

when i watch agbaji, i see a sort of KCP potential. Another guy that stood out to me tonight was jordan nwora. he is also playing for a contract this offseason and showed flashes tonight. he also had a couple of very athletic blocks on defense that give you hope he can develop into a good defender soon, especially with the length and athleticism he has. and we all know he can score the rock whenever he wants

darko is not the sharpest tool in the tool box. end of the day he has issues game planning and making in game adjustmetnts. you asking him to look into the future and strategize, and that just isnt gonna happen with darko.

The only way I wanted them to win tonight, was if we'd lost one of the other games. This way we get the Pacers into worse standings. I wouldn't have wanted to win this as a third win in a row.

Your job is not needed right now. This team needs to tank and that is literally it. Nothing else matters. Young players have had more than enough run this season. Get the 6th best odds and move onto next season. Raptors media trying too hard to hold onto any semblance of a “story”
We reached the bottom - 6th spot. We can't tank any further. Did u get the point about our draft pick via Pacers? Look at the standings table there are 9 teams in a congested race with 46-48 wins, meaning if they lose their remaining games our Pacers pick could become a lottery pick, especially if they lose in the play-in tournament. If they win their remaining games they will avoid play-in and make the playoffs meaning our pick is at a worse position.
