Many thanks for your tutorial. I got inspired by it and performed the dns check. That was disaster. I had some critical problems, ( Black magic on how to fix it) but finally I managed to work it out and has no issues with the dns at all now, thank you.

Namaste from India. I just saw your informative video while searching solution to my problem. I just shifted my hosting from one to another and then the problem came in. I was unable to receive emails but able to send so I figured out that it was a problem of MX records, problem solved in PC. now the second problem was when I tried to log in to my workspace account on my Android mobile only one email was configured but for the other one, it said: A managed account already exists. only one managed accounts is allowed for this device. if you have questions, contact your organization's admin. (I am the admin) . It worked very well on my iPhone before the hosting change and now I changed hosting and mobile too, now I am using Android. Let's see if you or any other expert can solve my problem. Many thanks in advance if you spare time to reply or solve my problem.

I get an error when check DNS saying: Check was not possible. Request timed out. Any idea what causes that?
The website is admin only, like CZcams studio and google ngram viewer that used for memes.

When it comes to the corporate phone wiping we had an employee leave on bad terms and they had changed the password on the phone and connected it to their personal Google account. Any ideas on how to reset the phone?

I know my question is very much UNRELATED to the topic of this video (other than being within Gsuite), but I'm going to ask anyway.
I would like to setup a master contact list / directory that all of the users in our Google Workspace can access (and perhaps even all help maintain/update). In my old microsoft days, we would have called this a "Global addressbook". I don't see that functionality anywhere in my GSuite applications
Maybe LDAP, but that looks to be a very long, dark hole that I'm not sure I want to travel down.
Advice or suggestions?

To access your contacts and contact groups, choose an option:
In a Chrome Browser window, click the Apps Launcher Apps launcher and then Contacts.
In any browser window, go to contacts.google.com.
(Optional) Click a contact name to view their details, such as email address, phone number, or a directory profile.
Note the following:
Personal contacts appear in Contacts.
If shared contacts are available for your domain, they appear under Directory.
If you send an email to someone who isn’t in Contacts, they’re automatically added under Other contacts.

If I'm Administrator Then Finally I Can Delete My Hacked Account
I would like to know this. Actually my daughter and father established a Google Workspace account to hack all accounts by asking my youngest daughter to have me sign into an account to download an app. This account I used to download had my passwords. They also claimed to have owned all devices in the home to add to their Google Workspace Account.
